how to evolve tyogrue in to its evolutions? I need to evolve it into a hitmonchan..

For starters, Tyrogue will evolve into any of its three forms once reaching level 20.
For it to evolve into Hitmonchan, you have to make sure its Defense stat is higher than its Attack stat.

You can either train Tyrogue until one evolves into Hitmonchan on its own, or you can feed Tyrogue Iron to raise its Defense stat (helping luck a little bit)

Level it up while there's a 'Rain Castform' in the upper corner of the page.

Wait for the weather Castform in the right corner of your user bar to show rainy weather and then level up your Sliggoo - it'll evolve if it's level 50 or higher.

The same way it evolves in the game - At level 50 (or higher), while it's raining. (Rain-castform in top-right corner)

I added a water stone on my level 26 eevee 1 month ago but it doesn't evolve. :,(

You actually have to use the Water Stone not give it to your Eevee.

Remove the water stone from your Eevee and go to your Item bag. Instead of giving it to the Eevee, use it on the Eevee.
