1) From what time to what time is 'day'? I tried it at 9:40 a.m. but they didn't evolve.
2) Can I just evolve Flower Boy by giving an everstone to Flower Girl?
(I tried without everstone but I failed)
3) Do they evolve when leveled up, or do they evolve together when I just place them together on my party?

1. You can see whether it's day or night on PokéHeroes by clicking the "TOWN" tab. If the map shows day, it's day; if the map shows night, it's night. ^^
2. I think they only can evolve together. Not 100% sure here, to be honest. Like, they're a couple and once evolved, they're married, sort of. So it's either both are married or no one is, eh?
3. They need to be both placed in your party and levelled up, I believe.

On 9:40 a.m. it showed an image of the day and I leveled both of them up without an everstone on flower girl but anyway.. I will try again tomorrow before posting. Thanks for answering. ^^

At the time of writing, the town shows the image of the day. (And it did when I tried)
I leveled the boy and the girl from level 8 and 11 to 9 and 12 respectively, but they didn't evolve.
And I took everstones away from them. If you want to see my pokemons, this is the girl and this is the boy.
Do you know what is the problem if there is any?

Edit: I don't know how I evolved them but they evolved when I have given them sun stone though sun stone wasn't used up. Thanks for the help ^^

Oh I forgot to mention that. I placed both of them on my party when it was day on the town. Then I leveled them up. Still they didn't evolve.
I followed the PH wiki and I tried but failed..
Edit: I don't know how I evolved them but they evolved when I have given them sun stone though sun stone wasn't used up. Thanks for the help ^^
