I wasnt really paying attention to her because I was mostly focused on "omg i need to solve this hkgkawsghaslig" but I think she was glaring for that question

It's also heavily implied that mettaton was a ghost (Napstablook's cousin) before :T

and most fans think all the ghosts are somewhat related to each other. I dont really know what to think of it, really.

I'm pretty sure it is canon that Mettaton was a ghost and related to Napstablook. When you get the key and go into the pink house next door to his, you'll find a bunch of diaries on the floor describing how their cousins left, but they're staying together. Then, Alphys shows up and makes a body for the ghost, and it is meant to imply that Alphys build Mettaton to hold this ghost.

Wasn't mettatons name before he became a robot Happstablook (I forgot where I heard this)? Or am I thinking of fanmade things?

I'm not sure about the name, I've never heard it, but that's just me... I'm probably mixing houses together, but there is a bright pink house next door to Napstablook's, that's Mettaton's old house.

Kinda off the topic rn but I tried some Undertale voices (specifically, Toriel, Undyne, Asriel, Flowey, and Mettaton ~~FOR SOME REASON IDK WHY MY VOICE IS SO FREAKING TINY~~). My two dogs yelled at me when I was screaming as Undyne (I could bc my family wasn't home yay)... and when I said "OHHHH YESSSS" when I was practicing Mettaton omg

I think Happstablook is a fan name. I've heard it before, mostly in fancomics, but I don't think it's canon
