Khaalida stands there dumbfounded. Someone else... Understands me? He doesn't... Hate me or want to kill me? Is my life being kind to me for a minute by showing him to me? "You... Embraced the fact?" She chuckles slightly. "I've never thought of it like that... But humans will still hate because of what we are... And we must still feed off of them, because of what we are... How did you embrace that?" She takes a step towards him, looking like a lost animal.

Riku chuckles. "Well when you put it like that," He begins but once he sees her face he stops. Deciding to not joke around he nodded. "I know, it sounds hard. I still remember being human and that made it, no, makes it harder for me. What I do is pretend that I don't remember and it works half of the time." Riku sighs walking over to Khaalida to place a hand on her shoulder. "I know how you feel because that's how I think or used to think but now its not my main problem. But is hard..." He admitted. I never told anyone this...why am I now?

Hinami chuckles at Eden's wink. "Why not?" She says and turns over to Draco.

Aurora picks the bow and the sword up. She puts the sword on the string and sighs. She looks at a target and breathes. She releases the string and the sword sails through the air and hits the white she groans. "That wasn't the best shot ever" she mumbles and walks to it.

Khaalida wipes the tear that was resting on her cheek before letting a slight smile brighten her features. "I'm not sure why... But simply knowing, that there is a way of... Coping at least... Helps the empty feeling..." He's right... I need to move on and accept what I am. What I am shouldn't... Won't determine who I am.

Riku smiled as well. "I guess that's the reason why we met. At least I made you feel better." He says. "I know you won't be able to embrace it overnight this takes time but I know you will be able to." Riku squeezes her shoulder before stepping back.

Her expression fades and she looks back at the ground. "What I said before... About being the replacement... It was a lie... I ran away and have been running ever since..."

"W-What?" Riku took a step back, confusion clouding his brain. She lied to me... He shakes his head as a Noble's voice rings in his head. There are vampires out there who have betrayed us...if you meet one, kill it on the spot! Riku turned away shutting his eyes tightly. No, I can't kill her... He clenches his hands. "I won't..." Riku whispers.

Riku shakes his head again. "No...I won't..." He half-whispers not glancing up. "You're not like them...maybe that's why..." That's why they want them to be killed, they can't have vampires and humans against them... He realizes. Riku looks up to reveal his teary eyes. "I finally understand..." He then unsheathed his sword and threw it, the weapon sliding away. "You made me realize," And yet, the voices still echoed in his head. Kill her!! Riku shook his head, ignoring them.

Khaalida steps back again and stares at the sword and then looks up to Riku. "Realize what? What did I make you realize?" What did I do? I know the King instils in his scouts to kill vampires that have betrayed... But what on Earth did I say or do?

Riku presses his lips together. "We're not like them, obviously. We think differently and they don't want vampires against them too." He explains and looks at his hand. "I guess I'm not on their side anymore..." Riku said bitterly.

Khaalida could feel a slight smile tugging at the corner of her mouth. I'm not alone anymore... I have a side to stand with... I... I have a reason! She looks to the sky and the tops of the dead buildings hanging over them.

Riku smiles, slightly flattered. "Yeah," He murmurs. "But...now what?" Ever since he was turned, Riku had always followed orders; it was part of his life. Now though, he had thrown it away. Simply discarded like a human body. Riku couldn't help but to feel confused.

Amy was yet on top of another building. "Why did you ignore me? Why can't we just he friends...?" Amy slid down the building in front of Draco. "Now before you shove a sword through me for interfering, I can explain everything. Listen, I have been following you around because of this." Amy handed him the photo she had kept of all of them. "That was you." She said, pointing to one boy that shared the same look as him. "And that was me." She explained, pointing to a small girl with long blonde hair and shiny blue eyes. "This was taken a week before the attack, by the date it shows. I don't mean to make you emotional, or mad at me for interfering in your past, but this wasn't just your past, thus was our past, Draco." She said to him, still remembering his name. "I am Amy Yuki, I was a close friend of yours."

Ace starts to unleash his flames as he starts to bring up his sword pointing towards sky.He charges his power as he make's a stab direct on there heart,He looks up at the sky as he sighs.He notices Amy..He then realized that he was asking her name.He climbs up as he looks at Amy with a tilted head.."Hey,Hq's girl last time I asked your name, isn't it true?'' He sighs as he looks at the sky again.

Khaalida looks around as her face looses all expression. "We survive. That is all there is... Now that you've... Left, the King's service, he will most likely come after you..." She turns and begins pacing, kicking up a small cloud of dust with every step. "He sent people after me when I first ran... But..." She grins slightly. "I'm still here...
