He stiffened slightly, eyes narrowing as he glanced around. As Riku did this, he noticed a rodent scurry across the hallway. He opened his mouth to tell Khaalida it was simply a mouse but immediately decided against it. It wouldn't hurt to joke around... Riku thought, a mischievous smirk settling on his lips. "I don't know..." He whispered and took a few steps away from Khaalida. "It could have been..." Riku suddenly jabs her playfully on the stomach in attempt to frighten her.
(I'm really enjoying this RP but we're the only ones that are active...)

Khaalida instinctively grabbed Riku's arm, not knowing it was him, she spun to the side and slammed him into the wall. Still holding his arm tightly. "Riku?!" She lets go with one hand and feels up his arm to his shoulder. She immediately lets go and steps back. "Oh my gosh... I'm so sorry..." She falls over the same plank as before and lays on the floor, staring blankly at the ceiling. Idiot... Why... Just pray you didn't hurt him...

(I am enjoying this as well, does it matter that we are the only active ones? There were no rules stating that if everyone else stopped we had to... I'm going to keep posting, up to you to continue if you would like!)

Riku slams against the wall, pain erupting in his shoulder. "Ow..." He mutters as he stumbles back, landing on his butt. Not the brightest idea... He thought as he rubs his probably-bruised shoulder. "Khaalida...I'm sorry," Riku mutters sheepishly as he helps her up yet again. "It was just a rodent and I thought that it would've been funny to y'know, scare you..." He explains, realizing how stupid he sounded. "And that sounded really stupid..." He muttered.

(I still want to continue! :3 but if now we're the only ones, how will we make the whole thing continue? Like I don't think Riku and Khaalida are going to be in this building forever and other vampys and humans should be trying to hunt them down...For some reason I want to carry this on in a different RP Thread, just the two of us and we'll put in more characters and a story or whatever...did that make sense? >~< I mean, if you want. I'd gladly stay here if you prefer ^-^)

Khaalida gets up with Riku's aid, and shakes her head. "Its okay..." She erupts in laughter. "I thought we were being attacked!" She suddenly stops and turns to face him, or at least face the direction his voice was coming from. "Are you okay? Did I hurt you?" That was a stupid question... He has to be hurt somehow... If not physically then emotionally, or mentally... Idiot...

(If you would like I can make a new thread, we can continue, with these two and add our own, and if this one picks up again we can continue from where we left off....)

Riku smiles slightly, relief flooding in him. "Yeah, that was sort of the plan." He points out and raises his arm to scratch his head. Riku winces as his shoulder throbs at his movement. "I'm fine," He replies wearily. I don't want her to feel guilty...

(Like I said, if you want! I guess a private thread then?)

Khaalida sighs. "I can't count the number of times I've heard that remark before... I'm fine... Those words betray everything they are used to hide..." She blinks and lowers her head slightly. "I really wasn't lying when I said I was out here for too long... I don't know how to react anymore..." She grunts and stumbles as she sees a burst of light and color for a moment. At least my vision is returning...

(I will put up the private thread in the morning... I have to go to bed... Unless you wanted to make it and send me a link...)

Riku presses his lips together. "My shoulder hurts...but really, its nothing..." He says and looks away. "I'm sorry," Like that's going to do anything! Riku grunts and notices Khaalida stumble. "Hey, what's wrong?"

(Alright, I don't know how to do a private one...is it the same like how you do a normal RP??...either way, goodnight ^-^. I have to go to bed too...)

Holding her head with her hands, Khaalida blinks rapidly attempting to see again. "My vision is returning..." She shakes her head and turns her head towards the sound of Riku's voice. "You don't need to be sorry. If anyone should be sorry its me. I sincerely apologize for hurting you." You really need to get better at some things...
