No, the level does not influence a Pokémon's rating.

Yes. Evolving (and thus also mega-evolving) increases the rating. If it has already been rated pre-evolution, it won't get you more Festival Points, so it's better to evolve before rating ;)

Under what circumstances does the "check log" button become available in the rumble area screen? I just realized I have literally never been able to click on it.

How do I link to another player's page in my Feed posts? I see people doing it all the time. Tried BBcode Username brackets and the @ symbol and neither worked :P

Title: Rumbling

I have a question to Rumbling: What is the optimal rumbling time? If the rumbler is out in the zone for 12 hours, he will bring maximum of things. But if he rumbles 12 times for 1 hour, the result could be better. Has anyone made some experience of checking out the best combination of rumbling time rumbling frequence?

Sometimes the results for 12 hours are better than 2 hours for example,But it is simply random the quantity of items your Pokémon will bring,Sometimes I have better results with 2 hour rumble than the time I did 12,2 hours is an good time if you do not want to wait 12 hours and need items fast.
The rumble area level increases your chance too,If your Rumble level is lower than you have chance to get less items,While higher can bring you more items.

Can some one please tell me if the Royal Tunnel eggs affect a poke radar chain? I have looked in the wiki and the forums but have found nothing on the royal tunnel and the eggs from it.
