Cosmo, the Shiny Ditto

Cosmo is one of the shyest but friendliest individuals in all of Emera. It is unknown how Cosmo arrived in Emera, but what is known is that several years ago, Professor Rowan adopted her and has cared for her ever since. When we reached out to Professor Rowan for a comment, he said that, quote:
Quote from Professor Rowan When I first found Cosmo, she was hiding in a bush outside my Lab. She was trying to hide behind a pokeball because she was scared of me, but eventually she let me hold her and take her inside to my lab. We’ve been together ever since. To this day, meeting Cosmo is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

Most of the time, you’ll see Cosmo in Professor Rowan's lab wearing her Halloween costume (for more information, see 2), but occasionally, she’ll greet you without her costume. Rumor is that if you hug her at the right time, she’ll give you a gift for you to keep and remember her by.

2. Cosmo’s favorite holiday is Halloween so she wears her costume practically everyday

Mewton M. Meowth

Born in June of 2013, Mewton M. Meowth the Third was the first born of Mewton M. Meowth the Second and a Wailmer, Mewton was next in line to be head of the Mewton Crime Family, one of the oldest and the most powerful family in all of Emera. Soon after being born, Mewton co-founded the Emera Game Center (codenamed Operation GGC) with a mostly unknown individual in an effort to fuel his family's underground Dratini business (for more information, see 1). When we reached out to Mewton for a comment, we received no reply. As of writing this guide, all 7 of Mewtons younger brothers have joined him in helping the Game Center front move smoothly after almost 7 years of funding the operation. In the family's time in Emera, they've made close allies with several citizens, most notably CatLady, who is rumored to be the other co-founder. When we reached out to her for a comment, she couldn't confirm or deny being the co-founder, but she did confirm that the 7 Mewton Brothers were in hiding for an unknown reason, but funded the operation the whole time.

1. For several years, the Mewtons have been stealing Dratini eggs from the Lab and selling them to the public, secretly claiming that they are the only individuals who can breed "pureblooded" Dratini's

Oh, hello, I didn’t see you there…. Watching me….. Spooky….. ANYWAYS, Emera has a variety of great residents, all of whom however we don't know too much about. So, I’ve made it my mission to speak to everyone of our residents and talk to them about various things, such as what led them to come to Emera. *Lucy held her gun nervously as she walked down the tunnels, checking each corner for Benton's men. However, she suddenly heard footsteps and yelling above her. She ran to cover and looked up, seeing light through the gutter. It had begun to rain since they had been down in the sewers. She couldn't hear exactly what they were saying, but she did hear "storm of the century". The doors to their car closed and they drove away, causing her to start following them. Several minutes passed by before she reached the end of the tunnel, which had a ladder leading to the surface. She slung her gun over her shoulder and climbed up the ladder to the flooded surface. And then she saw it. A seemingly run down hospital that had been turned into a makeshift base for Benton.*

🌟💫Roleplay Weekly💫🌟

Hello guys!!! Depending on when you read this, my name may be RoyalGecko, or QueenOfVillains, or SUPREME LEADER... so hi! Over a year ago, I was the Roleplay Expert for the PH Times, but I ultimately stepped down twice from that position due to my own reasons. But now I'm going to bringing you guys a new "newspaper" solely created to talk about anything to do with roleplaying! Some content that I hope to start doing are "Interviews with Roleplayers" I did these with the PH Times so dont say I copied them as they were my idea originally, "Roleplay Advertising", and also, hopefully, "Roleplay Reviews"! In the spoilers below will be explanations of how things will work but one thing is for sure, I'll need help! Below are instructions on how to sign up for a job very limited slots and/or how to sponsor the paper!


Interviews with Roleplayers

If you are unfamiliar with how the PH Times interviews worked, basically a Roleplayer will be chosen to discuss things such as their style, their roleplay friends, why you should RP, and more!


Roleplay Advertising

In the PH Times, roleplays were advertised every week. However, if you would like to have a roleplay advertised, all you have to do is contact RoyalGecko and set up how long you would like your roleplay to be advertised for


Roleplay Reviews

Assuming I'm able to get a staff on this project, the reviewers who have the option to be anonymous will review their first impressions of a roleplay or just review a roleplay that they know of, talking about what they liked, didnt like, etc.


How to apply for a job

To apply for a job, you must PM RoyalGecko with an example of your writing abilities to show your value to the team. Every week, you will be paid based on the work you did. So, if you didn't work one week, you dont get paid. If you do work the next, you will be paid based on the amount of work and/or quality of work you did. You are free to leave at any time you wish, but do notify RoyalGecko in advance (a week or so in advance, but if u must leave suddenly, that's fine)


How to apply for a sponsorship

Every month, sponsors will pay a to be determined amount to have whatever they want publicized (i.e. shiny shop, roleplay, etc.) But what if you want to cancel a sponsorship? No worries! Just notify RoyalGecko of how long you would like to sponsor the paper when you first join and she'll keep you updated when your sponsorship will be coming to an end
