One thing that i noticed on this site is there seems to be no fixed rule on what determines the rarity of some mons here in PH.
For example, retro lugia is retro, but retro taillow is special. Dialga is legendary, while volcanion is special.

Thus, i suggest an update to the rule that determines the rarity of mons here.

For non-legendary mons,
x Easy, Medium, Hard, Rare - non-legendary mons (that are not starters) that can be obtained from the lab are labeled either as easy, medium, hard, or rare.
x Starter - all starter mons.
x Ditto - all mons that can be used to breed almost all other mons.
x Unown - all unown mons.
x Retro - all retro mons.
x Event - all mons that can be bought in the event shop.
x Unique - mons that can only be obtained once here in PH (should they'll be one).
x Fossil - all fossil mons.
x Paradox - all paradox mons.
x Exclusive - all non-legendary mons that cannot be bred and chained (like vivillon (icy snow) and weezing (galarian)).
x Special - all other non-legendary mons that can be chained thru pokeradar but not obtained thru lab (like drifloon).

For legendary and mythical mons,
x Elusive - all legendary mons that can be obtained from the lab (i think renaming legendary to elusive or other names is much better so users wouldn't be confused as to why lab legendaries has a rarity of legendary, while some summon legendaries has a rarity of special only).
x Dex - all dex reward legendaries that can be bred and chained thru pokeradar.
x Unique - mons that can only be obtained once here in PH (like staid).
x Exclusive - all legendary mons that cannot be bred and chained (like meloetta).
x Special - all legendary mons that cannot be bred and obtain thru lab, but possible to be chained using the pokeradar (like jirachi).

However, the problem with the exclusive rarity is does not includes regional variant mons that can be bred (like grimer (alolan)).
I have two suggestions for this.
1. Exclusive rarity will stay, but regional variant mons rarity will be changed into either easy, medium, hard, or rare n make them obtainable from lab (like what happened to wooper (paldea)), or change their rarity into special.
2. Exclusive rarity will not stay, and instead all regional variant mons will have a rarity of Regional, all non-legendary n non-breedable safari exclusive mons will have a rarity of Safari, and all other mons (like anniverary cake) will have a Special rarity. Exclusive rarity for legendaries will stay though as this problem wont affect them (though if we follow this route and exclusive rarity for legendaries will stay, then i suggest Special rarity for legendaries to be renamed as Summons.)

And also regarding phione. Since some ppl consider it as legendary, it is quite awkward how its rarity is rare. I suggest changing its rarity to special instead n remove it from the lab.

that are emera mons but aren't obtainable since their release?

Thank u! But Im kinda holding off the baby mons as there is the possibility for them to be released in a way that makes them not unique. Unlike for harvest sprites which we are already sure of we can only get twice here (one shiny, one normal).
