Wild Pokemon: each individual role player will be targeted by a individual Pokemon by my choice, which means that you will not be able choose what Pokemon you may wish to try and capture, whatever one I may be aiming to attack your character is the Pokemon you'll have a chance of capturing. Each wild Pokemon will be a frostbittn Pokémon, but once defeated it will revert back to its normal state for a chance of capturing. There will be more evolve and more powerful Pokemon that you wouldn't naturally find in the wild, these Pokemon being previous fallen trainers pokémons that will also have a chance of capture once defeated.

Capturing Pokemon: I will be using a random number generator, with one or two being failures and three being successful capture. you may wish to attempt to capture the Pokemon as many times you may want, as long as you have any kind of pokeball. or you can choose to stop the attempted capture, which causes the Pokemon to flee.

PokeBall Type: depending on the type of pokeball you use, you can gain an extra roll before breaking out. (Ex: regular pokeball would be one roll, great ball would be two roll, ultra ball would be three rolls) or if the pokeball meets a certain special effect that corresponds with the ball. (Ex: Quick Ball if you use it on first turn, then it would gain the extra two roll on top of the first roll, but if you use it after the first turned then it would simply only get one roll.)

Starting item/Items/TM: all held items, healing items, pokeballs, and technical machines will be found throughout the roleplay, these items will be granted and giving out by me and will give it indicator when your character is nearby an item to grab. Everyone will be starting out with 15 pokeballs, 5 great ball, and five potions.

Health and leveling up: each Pokémon will gain a level after every five battles, as there isn't a set XP bar. there isn't a set health but instead the more weaker to move the more hits it would take, the more stronger the move then the less hits it would take, but in turn stronger moves have more wait time than weaker move and if the move is super effective it takes one less hit.
Under or at 50 base power-would be about four hits to take out a Pokemon with no wait time.
between 60 to 70 base power-would take about three hits to take out a Pokemon with two turn wait time.
Between 80 to 90 base power-would take about two hits to take out a Pokemon with four turn wait time.

Building your Pokemon team as well character info: you can have up to three characters Max and the age limit is cap at 40. Everyone will be able to pick 3 Pokemon with all these Pokemon being at level 20. you may be able to pick first stage, second stage, or no evolution Pokemon. but no final stage or any legendary, mysticals, of any sort and you would only be able to have one second stage. No shiny Pokemon also and your Pokemon can have a held item, but nothing broken like life orbs or choice specs. All pokemon up to gen 1 to gen 9 can be pick, just because this is gen 2 doesn't mean your limit on what Pokemon you can pick.

Pokefusions and special hybrids: there will be fusions but you may not pick any for your team, this is meant to be a special effect the frostbitten Pokémon, as in the desire of dragging down other trainers with them, some of these Pokemon fuse they're black blood together to become one. They're also be times that you will see or encounter a fallen Spirit that retained a human body, but in turn had to conjoined with a physical being of a Pokemon to be regranted a body. Leading them to have physical attributes of the Pokemon (ears, tails, legs, wing, etc) and the ability to use Pokemon moves, with this being a result if the energy couldn't fully connect to the Pokemon they were trying to infect with frostbite. Or as well being the results of a trainer being able to latch to one of their Pokemon before they pass, with the rest of their Pokémon becoming frostbitten and being the wild pokémon that are not native to the mountain. Everyone is allowed to at least have one of these hybrid characters if you so desire. Some of these hybrids do wish to guide and help trainer out the mountain, but some still retain that aggression and go on the attack so be cautious.

if you play as a Wild Frostbite Pokémon: you can choose to attack any player and any player can choose to battle you, but as stated before, if you choose a powerful Pokemon or if the player doesn't have Pokemon on par with your level. Then you won't be allowed to engage in battle, and if you're defeated you will revert back to a normal state momentarily, leading to the player who defeated you having a chance to capture you but only one time unlike others. If captured then you would still have total control over your Pokemon character, unless the player decides to send you out in battle, then they will be able to command all your attacks you would use. But outside the battle, then you still have complete control over your character even when captured.

Fainted Pokemon and Recovery Time: when your Pokemon faint, it will automatically be returned to its pokeball, leaving you unable to use it in battle but able to heal itself while resting inside it's pokeball, when it's fully healed then I'll tell you that it's been revived. The only way to bring back a fainted Pokemon is by using revival items, but these items will be hard to find as well of the better healing items.

Stat boosting moves: attack boost will give you one less hit you need to use, defense boost will make you be able to endure one extra attack, same goes for special defense boost and special attack boost, speed boost will make your Pokemon more faster and give a increase chance of the foes moves missing. You will only be able to use these moves once as there isn't going to be any stacking, every kind of these moves will have a two turn wait time.

General rules: shipping and dateing is allowed but not the main focus point, please do make sure to be nice and respectful and try to not stir up any issues. If you do have issues with another player, then take it to them personally or come to me to address the issue. You can choose the lone wolf road or work with others, but remember that everyone will have to work with each other to a degree, especially when it comes to taking down the ruler legendary Pokemon. You are allowed to share and trade items with other players if you so choose, and players may not attack other players to try and get there items. Also no homophobic stuff, there's no need for that and don't freak out if another player miss uses your characters pronouns on accident, there's no need to make a big deal over pronouns.

Legendary Pokemon encounters: any and all legendaries and mysticals can be encountered, but will be treated as very special ones and are treated as story encounters, as everyone has to come together to defeat these boss encountered Pokemon. The person who does the finishing blow will be granted the guaranteed capture, but everyone is only to have one on their team and if you already have one, then even if you do the finishing blow you won't be able to capture it. With this capture chance being granted by the next person who did the last attack before you, as this would be treated as the finishing blow if it was the land before the last person.

Level tracking and Move Learning: I will be keeping track of your levels and be updating it in a spoiler form that will keep track of everyone's characters, so make sure you check in with it often to see how many levels your Pokemon has gain. When you reach a certain level, you have a chance to learn a new move corresponding with the level, as you can either choose to switch out and move or keep the moves you already have.

Evolution items and Pokemon evolution: if your Pokemon evolves with a trade item or a stone or anything along those lines, then when I feel the time is right I'll Grant you those items to evolve the Pokemon with. When your Pokemon reaches a certain level for it to evolve, then I will describe the Pokemon going under evolution to evolve into its new permanent form. Pokemon that evolve with a day system will evolve with a shiny stone or sun stone instead, and Pokemon who evolve at night time will evolve with a dusk stone or a moon stone instead. Friendship evolution Pokemon will also evolve with a item instead, this being the smooth bell.

Gemini is greatly childish for his age and greatly dislikes having to behave like an adult so they say, causing them to almost never take anything seriously much to the horrible annoyance a lot of times form other, even though they didn't mind much or cared to pay attention on that part, only loving to joke around when they may please. Thanks to this they are a mighty perfectionist and actively complained if something isn't perfectly enough, but Gemini doesn't have the slightest intent of malicious intent with there hint of arrogance within them, even though they would become a increasingly agitated if they aren't given some centerness some shape or form. Personalities: chosen as their mascot Pokémon as Gigi uses their psychic abilities to add some flared to the shows, causing them to be very similar in behavior with there trainer, being incredibly upbeat and energetic with that hit of arrogance and importance compared to other Pokemon. But when it comes to other traders Pokémon when there's a sense of danger, Gigi will not hesitate to step in and help if need be, easily willing to fight until they faint to make sure the other Pokemon is able to return safely.

Taking in new words and phrases by others within the meantime, sometimes Gemini will have Rhyme repeat something that's someone else has said in a more mocking tone, with this be one of Gemini little jokes.

Personalities: Coming from a more higher class family, Julian is shy and close off by nature as he would only be sent to private schools, every now and then having a tutor come over to check in and help with anything he may not understand, but other than that he would refrain from interacting with most by his own choice. Highly sensitive to emotion as Julian own emotions and behavior would follow off from the type of energy in the room, always seeming to be disinterested in engaging with others
by doing everything he could avoid two interact with others that approaches them. But that's far from the truth as his own shyness was his worst enemy, as every time the thought of interacting or even daring to do that action itself would cause him extreme anxiety, causing him to unable to say hello initially as he would awkwardly stand there or turn his head to face the person. Leaving him when he did to awkwardly stare at the person before them with a slight shake in his body that could be easily miss, this usually ending with the other person leaving rather quickly from the unsettling nature it would give off, it didn't help also that he would often stare at others he wishing to interact with but to skittish to do so. Julian tends to reframe from being so judgmental as he saw quite a bit of it while he was in school, instead waiting to get a grasp on someone's characteristics before making the final judgment, he also can't stand the site of others being pick on and one of the few times he would step into to defend a person, sadly seeing too many cases of horrible things happening to innocent people by other people's actions.

Taking a little Julian to check out and to pick out his own loyal pup from the many options available, actively searching out and picking the runt of the litter without a second thought, knowing that they have a less likely chance to be sold and be given a good home. Hades is highly clever and always scopes out for danger before entering into new territories, really disliking when anyone approaches there trainer they were assigned to protect, braking at them without hesitation with the only way for her to stop is for Julian to pick them up and hold them. There's many times that Hades will find an item of interest and bring it to Julian, making sure to surly expect that item before bring it to tell if it may have any value, with Julian either keeping it if he finds the item interesting himself or showing it to the side if he doesn't see any value.

Personalites: originally an assistant that worked at museum who specialize in the research of prehistoric fossil Pokemon, as Aaron had a great love for these kinds of Pokemon and wanted to know more about them, even hoping to find a new species himself but was never able to before passing to the other side. Thank to aerodactyl inner bread vicious nature which happened to originally be his Pokemon, as he happened to be one of the few only assistance that was able to tame and handle such a beast. This leaving his only instinct now and on his mind is to permanently take down any human, really enjoying seeing the fear and terrier as he chased them down to be the last thing they see in their final moments. With the only way he would ever back down when the job is done to go find a new one, or if he simply grew to bored and didn't find the trainer not nearly entertaining enough to keep going.

Personalites: Hailing from Unova as Jenny was a considerably average girl that went to Pokemon school as everyone else, with her favorite subjects being learning the new strategies and looking into type weakness and effectiveness, with her father who recently passed away last year granting custody of her first Pokemon, which was a Blitzle that was previously owned by her father that she trained into a Zebstrika with great love. Jenny is one of the small amount of fallen who wishes to help trainers then help then hunt then, unable to understand why the others would even want these trainers these experience the same fate, leading her to come across as a bit bossy or cold hearted when shouting out orders for other to follow, making sure to never actually get close to them as Jenny was aware even if she buys them time, doesn't mean that they would be successful on getting out alive. Thanks to this she is intensely protective and doesn't forgive herself when a human gets hurt by her watch, as Jenny would help these trainer by fighting away a fallen one or Pokémon the best she could, sticking beside the trainer until having to retreat when she needed to recover her health.

Personalites: Fascinated by bug type Pokemon which left him to be a high prompted for targeting and bullying, as he would often be made fun of or intentionally targeted for enjoying such a weak type of Pokemon. But thankfully even with everyone's conscientious barrage of teasing, they managed to find one boy who shared their love for bug type Pokemon, shortly becoming his boyfriend that would be the reason for him to keep going and was the highlight of every morning to see him. But this would soon be taken away from him in the worst way possible during one special field trip, with this being a college classroom trip to a public pool as the two were originally looking forward to it, which his boyfriend was especially excited when Zachary promise to show him how to swim. Yet this would never happened as midway through when Zachary setting up to get ready to so, as they weren't happening to look over at their boyfriend, that when group of truly despicable college students push there's significant other end as a twisted joke. Quickly catching his attention as he frantically ran over to dive in and get then as soon as possible, only to be held down to watch by the two other students that were in the group, causing him to break down in tears as he frantically scream as when the teacher did manage to get him out of the pool, it was already to late thanks to the commotion cause by everyone else making the teacher a little too late to get him out in time. Consume by grief and guilt as Zachary couldn't look at everyone the same way he did ever again, truly unable to understand why life would take away the only person who treat him well and precious to him, causing him to not even feel the little of pity even when the most terrible thing could happen to someone, only feeling the opposite that they got what they deserve when losing such hope for human beings. Managing to latch himself to a rather powerful Pokemon of a Flygon that belong to a previous trainer that also has fallen, which was his favorite bug Pokemon due to its strike dragonfly appearance even if it wasn't bug type itself, Zachary takes the more stealthier route and takes his time to spend a moment the best way to take out a trainer he had his eyes on, with him able to take out most easily and quickly due to him striking from behind or when their guard is down, almost never charging charging in to attack or chase down trainers, due to them not seeing those one undeserving of the kind of Mercy as death.

Personalites: bestest friends and later to be girlfriend with Jenny while in school, due to her finding there serious and sassiness to be charming, Rica didn't have the most bestest or stable home life compared to Jenny, as her parents would harshly judge her on anything she would do, as they would only do the basics as parents but didn't provide much love or care as they were expected to, with them being aware of this also but didn't pay much mind to it. This would cause Rica to try and find absolutely anyone to hang out with or to even do the most basic favors for people, as this was so she could buy as much time to not go home and would constantly beg Jenny to let her stay nights at her place all the time, often stay over at her place a lot as Jenny's parents couldn't help but to find it a little bit odd how much she would come over, eventually asking in private as Rica reluctantly explained why she wanted to stay the night here all the time. When they did get the word why as Jenny mother thought of solution to have Rica feel a little bit safer when she did send her home, shortly borrowing her husband biltzle when he was alive to go catch a certain Pokemon that she thought would be perfect to protect, but also for intimidation. Rica being in for pleasant surprise when she was given a Poochyena as Jenny would also help to raise it, her holding this Pokémon she was given close to her heart as she felt more safer to stay, with this Poochyena stepping in to snarl it's fangs to cause the parents to momentarily back off whenever they begin to go off on her again, with this Poochyena evolving into a heathly Mightyena faster compared to most thanks to Jenny help. Now one with her faithful Pokemon as Rica always stays by Jenny side, with her Sharing the same mentality of protecting trainer than hunting them down to slaughtered, helping by using her strengthen smell due to her jaw becoming a muzzle which grants her a Mightyena nose, using this power to smell out survivors so she can help aid along side Jenny. There are cases where she will kill but only if the trainer asks for it, delivering the request form of mercy as much as she doesn't like doing so, with Jenny purposely not interfering to stop her if that's what the human want. Rica compared to most doesn't take the new strict harsh cold-hearted demeter of Jenny personally, well knowing that kind of attitude is necessary to survive out here with others fallen that want to hunt down and kill.

The rulers of them all

these Pokemons share the same level of authority and are the overseers and the commanders of all the frostbite mon.

Personalites: a little less destructive then Lugia and adventures out from the top of the mountain much more, as Oh-Oh search around for a poor trainer to pick up and grasp in one of there claw, which then they would take them to the top so they could watch and burn them down alive. And if there's any Pokemon still then in their pokeballs, then Oh-Oh carefully peck the button with it beak to send them so it can do the same as it did the same to the trainer.

-eye spike, back Spike, and tails Spike has been ice over which makes its tail another main mention it uses, due to its potential to impale-
-the head spike is covered in a tough ice that is fuse with the skin and ends at the tip of it mouth-
Personalites: a little bit more destructive then Oh-Oh and doesn't like adventuring out far from the tops of the mountains, now when it does so every so often as It will find itself a water source to dive into, patiently waiting for a trainer to come by to gather some water. Being then when Lugia tears it's victim without much effort with it claws by popping out from the water, shortly leaving to go back to the mountain tops as it doesn't bother with Pokemon that are still in Pokeball, letting nature do the rest of the work to freeze until perishing inside them.

Ability: Unnerve-gives off a unnerving energy that prevents berries for being eaten.

-a good portion of there legs are coated in a ice that acts like armor with the feet becoming sharp pointed claw with a claw on the back of the feet-
-the upper portion of its chest with its entire legs and hands are coated in a ice like armor and having sharp pointed claw, but rarely uses its ice claw hands and feet due to it being a special attacker, they are only used when the trainer is in close enough distance that it would be able to land a slash on them-
Personalites: Coming a little bit later from Cerulean cave shortly after Oh-Oh and Lugia has already left, lending Mewtwo taken down in a matter of seconds by the teamwork of Oh-Oh and Lugia, as it was granted to be one of the leaders due to it be on par with them when battling. Mewtwo refuses to leave the top of the mountains, resideing within without making much movement or noise while guarding it's main spot.

The Loyal Guardians

tirelessly guards days and night the areas where the rulers reside close by, making it ever so a little bit harder for any trainer to ever reach them.

Ability: Inner Focus-thanks to the Pokemon's intense focus, it cannot be Flinch.

The proud diamond shape crown which reside on top of his head has noticeable cracks on it, the ribbons also becoming highly dangerous as the end of it from the base to the tip has a tough layer of ice, with its main becoming just as black as its eyes.
Personalites: always on the move and never still as if the trainer happened to be close by a body of water, then Suicune will push them in following suit by running on the water at quick pace, as its ability to once purify water now makes a thin but strong layer of ice on top of the water, shortly causing the trainer to rather quickly drown along with their Pokemon freezing to death by the unlivable temperatures a day or so later. If not then Suicune simply chases down the trainer who happened to got too close, effortlessly jumping on them to pin them down and then using a sharp point of their tails to strike down until no longer moving.

Pokemon Species: Raikou
Level: 70
Typing: Electric
Gender: Genderless
Move set: unknown to keep mystery but will not be hindered up to four moves when it comes so legendaries and mysticals, until capture.
Ability: Inner Focus-thanks to the Pokemon's intense focus, it cannot be Flinch.

Having it fangs become larger and turn into icicles as well as it claws becoming bigger and having a tough layer of ice over them, as it's black markings now leak black blood that drips down from its legs, with the rain cloud on its back becoming black as well.
Personalites: Rough by nature as Raikou is incredibly dangerous for the lightning bolts that shoots at will from it's rain cloud, only taking a few hits to electrocute the trainer to death from these lightning bolt, with their main acts of killing is hiding away so the trainer isn't able to notice them at first glance around. Another method is its ability to cause earthquakes by its powerful roar, easily causing avalanches to bury the trainer in snow or have large boulders to fall down and smashed into the trainer, even using icicles to their advantage as this would cause the icicles to break off and land on the trainer if underneath them.

Level: 70

With the gray part of it's mask being frozen over as the yellow and red parts have noticeable scratches and chips, as the cuffs on it's legs have been turn into solid ice as well as the spike plates coming out from its back, now having the previously grayish smoke oozing from its back becoming a soulless back.
Personalites: always on the move for new victims following suit with Raikou and Suicune doing the same, as Entei would intentionally chase the trainer into somewhere where they couldn't easily run off to trapped them, shortly summoning pillars of Fire underneath them to engulf them intense flames. Burning the trainer into a crisp in a matter of seconds as Entai would stay and watch, making sure the job is done before running back off to continue the same cycle as would the other two do.

Ability: Snow Cloak-Permanently boosts movements making it harder to hit when Hail or Snowstorm weather condition is up.

Already being an ice type as this only intensified it more with clear notable patches of solid ice on its body, as it once majestic tail also being torn and tattered, while the top portion the beautiful diamonds on its head being coded in an thin ice.
Personalites: lured by the voices of the building energy like all legendary Pokemon, but they're made reason of concern that their master Lugia hasn't been seen for a worrying amount of time. Causing all three of the legendary birds to travel up the mountain, shortly coming face to face with their master in a horrific state as the birds didn't stand a chance with Oh-Oh, Metwo, and their master all together. Articuno is the curlest out of the two legendary birds, flying on hours on end to seek out anything that move and especially become rather excited when a human is found, trapping them in a blizzard that they would create themselves without much hope for the trainer to find a way out, letting out a victorious cry when the trainer parish rather quickly from the blizzard vortex they were trapped in. Articuno also isn't please by leaving behind Pokémon that are still inside their Pokeball, letting them out only to trap them in the same blizzard vortex with glee, flying away in a hurry when the job is done.

Ability: Flame Body-has the low chance to burn the opposer thanks to its fiery body

Having ice patches around its body similar to Articudo, as Moltres fiery wing, tail, and head has become a unsettling pure black, this fire not even be noticeable to still be burning if the edge of the fire still didn't flicker and move.
Personalites: creating a dazzling flare of fire every time from a single flap from its wings, as Moltres would use this to their advantage flying around the area. When they did spot a trainer as it would swoop down from up above, controlling the flames due its ability to control fire to set trainer on fire while flying pass there head.


Pokemon Species: Zapdos

Ability: Static-has a low chance to paralyze the opposer thanks to their electrified body.

The black parts of its wings and tails have became coded in ice making the points much more dangerous than before, as a portion of its beak has a thin layer of ice on it but doesn't makes the the sharper this time.
Personalites: letting out crackles and snapping as it flies as Zapdos is quite dangerous thanks to its ability by simply rub its feathers together, causing a shower of lightning to strike down that has a good chance to bolt the trainer to death with intense electricity. But to make it so even more deadly as by a large flap of it wing as it's able to bring out a severe thunderstorm, controlling this lightning by its ability to control electricity to deliver a lightning bolt strike to itself, this giving Zapdos a great power boost as it proceeds to attack the trainer and Pokemon with every little bit of this charge up electricity it's got. Thanks to this, there hasn't been as trainer that has been able to survive a counter with Zapdos, as even with Articuno there's still a small chance for survival if you get out of the blizzard vortex quick enough.

The messengers of death

When Oh-Oh, Lugia, and Mewtwo became aware that there is hybrid ones out there that wish to help the trainer then Kill then, they task two special Pokemon to seek out these helpful hybrids and to bring them here when they did find one, with the three doing the rest themselves when they were brought one.

Pokemon Species: Celebi
Level: 70
Typing: Psychic/Grass
Gender: Genderless
Move set: unknown to keep mystery but will not be hindered up to four moves when it comes so legendaries and mystical, until capture.
Ability: Natural Cure-hell all status conditions upon being switched out.

Half of their antenna has been torn off as they're small wings behind her back are thin sheet of ice, as half of their right arm and their left foot are covered in a small layer of ice, with the green faded tips on top of their head also having the same fate.
Personalites: silence with them almost never saying a word, thanks to as time travel abilities, as they're easily able to transport them to the Masters with them simply only needed a hold of their hand. Thank to this, as the helpful hybrids had develop a system to counter this the best to their ability, as each one began wearing a smooth bell bracelet on there wist, this giving out in jingle to alert them when Celebi did grab ahold of their hand from behind. Most of the time being able to swat its head away fast enough and then flee, sadly this didn't work every time as there was many cases here and there due to them unable to counter it fully.

Pokemon Species: Mew

Ability: Synchronize-if paralyzed, burn, regular poison or badly poison, then the opposer are granted the same statuses due to being passed to the foe also.

The end of its tail has become a blade of ice that can deliver a deep gash when cut with it, this layer of ice spreading up to the joint of the tail and feet also getting a thin layer of ice covering them, but doesn't have claw tips at the end of it toes.
Personalites: being able to transform into any Pokemon, as Mew soon learn how to transform into any hybrid from of any Pokemon also, causing them to be able to blend in with a flawless disguise as none of the hybrids were ever alarmed something was off, be only able to see one of their kind amongst a multitude of others with different agendas of their own. When Mew did catch to a hybrid that was helpful, then there wasn't much that the hybrid could do against Mew as it would only transform into a Pokemon that they would be weak too, as the only way to counter this is if the hybrid is lucky to hit Mew early enough before it could attack or retransform, then it would let out it's cry that they would be able to recognize was Mew and then try the absolute hardest to get fully rid of them when fleeing away. Mew also came for another reason then being just from the building energy originally, this upon sensing Mewtwo was in distress and danger and wanting to bring them back too to it original cave together.
