I have played through all the fun fair games, and I have a couple of questions:
1. For the ducklett fishing one, what kind of ducklett should I pick? Does waiting longer make a difference?
2. Can I buy newton?
3. What can I click in the whack a mole game? Ik it's diglett and it's event form but what else? I see some where I can't tell if it is a diglett or not. Like 3 pink worms with a diglett faces
4. Does psyduck evolve if holding a selfie stick?

Yea does anyone know? That's it for now

1. I can't confirm that, I just randomly pick one or try to go for baby ducklett because they are cute :'D

4. Psyduck does not technically evolve, but forme-change while holding a selfie stick :) So just giving it a selfie Stick to hold will turn it into a Psyduck (Selfie) Eventmon. Taking away the stick should turn it back to a regular psyduck

Addition to previous post:

1. Rarely you get a pink ducklett, but you have to wait patiently (as said in the funfair description of the game).

If you do not have the time or patience, just pick a baby ducklett. Most of the time they give you around 8-10 tickets.

2. You can click on Newton N. Meowth in the price exchange screen and he will hint you his price. ;)
