I just had an conversation about the Valentine's Card event as the other User send me more, than one card.
Does this different User rule only count for the minimum to get the Event, or do we have to send every single card to different Users to increase the shiny chance?

50 Cards in total, to only 5 users, will give you 100% shiny chance.

The shiny chance percentage formula is:
(C/100)^2 * 100
where C = cards sent
So you’d need 100 cards, or 5,000 sweets for a guaranteed shiny.
