on the corner of two streets, there's a small coffee shop. inside, there's a few scattered tables and a main bar-like counter with stools. in one corner sits a few bookshelves, bean bag and a small table for ones drink. there's pictures strung up, mostly depicting serene, calming places like the ocean.

there's one hung up behind the counter, just next to the coffee machine. it's a picture of the bartender (but about 6 years younger), and two younger dragonborne females.


Bingo glanced at the framed picture with a slight sigh, cleaning out a coffee cup and placing it gently upon the counter. The shop had been open for a few hours now. There wasn't anything better to do, he thought upon glancing at the door, because as usual the shop had a small influx of customers lately. He had to dust the bookshelves and reorder some ingredients, he noted, picking up another cup to clean it.

Swimming through the water, Zhenya looked around to find a good place to relax for a bit, she located various items such as a compass and also an old novel, "I got to check out a place that will be perfect for me to relax", Zhenya said. As she continued to swim, she sees a cafe and she smiled after seeing the cafe, "I guess this might be the place", so Zhenya exited the water and as she did she transformed into her human while still showing the mermaid scales. Zhenya saw the cafe and was a bit nervous as she touched the door and opened slightly ajar, soon she entered the cafe and asked, "Hello, is anyone here?, I'm here to relax for a bit", Zhenya said with caution.

-The Disassembly Marine Drone finds the coffee shop and walks in, wondering what these humans like about them so much. As he makes his way in, his stinger tail swishes like a cat's, showing his curiosity to this new place.-

-Once the Drone makes it to the counter, he sits down, being a bit tall for it by a foot or so.- 'Hello human-looking thing!' -He happily exclaims.-

Zhenya was amazed at how the cafe looked like, she sees the lamps as well as chairs to relax after a long day from either work or even a swim and also the menu that the cafe has, "So many choices on which drink to get, I got a lot to think about", Zhenya said. As she finds a spot to sit at, she looked at her old novel that she located as well as the compass that she found, she soon sees a few people coming in to the cafe as well, "I guess those people have arrived to the cafe as well to relax then", Zhenya said.

A very green, very pink, very... uh... person-y person walked in, slamming the doors open.

Brooke Hollis was her name. She took a seat at the counter, tapping her notebook with the tip of her pen, her green hair swaying with every movement.

"Ah, yes, come on in." Bingo called to Zhenya, placing the cup down with a gentle clink. He watched both Zhenya and the drone come in, his tail slightly moving back and forth.

"We have tons of drinks. Caffeine, decaf, sugary drinks," He said, nodding towards Zhenya and getting the drone. "Honestly, too much for me to keep up with.." A slight chuckle came from the dragonborne.

Watching Brooke, he slightly sighed. "7?" He said, double checking. He wasn't judging. Just...double checking. Definitely.

-He then looks at the menu and looks to see if Oil is an option, since he did have to avoid the sun at all costs, might as well refuel. As he scans the odd selection of drinks, and wonders if any of this would be safe for him to drink.-
-The drone wonders if he should ask what all these drinks did, but decides that he would be safer just trying to see if there is oil.-

Zhenya saw more people coming in the cafe, she got up and found a spot, she looked at the menu and made her selection, "I guess I have to go for the Hazelnut Peppermint flavored coffee then, got to try something new", Zhenya said with a slight smile. She looked at her old novel that is filled with interesting stories of adventures and so many places that is beautiful, Zhenya looked around a bit but resumed her focus on waiting for her drink while reading her novel.

-Óh golly, why are there so many options...? Is this why humans like these places so much?' He wonders, still looking for oil. After a long search, he sighs, defeated. Well, at least there are other options, right? Maybe Black Coffee would be a good substitute... or maybe vanilla mocha coffee would do... Oh geez, there's just no telling what works with drones on Earth, is there?-
-He then looks around, and sees all the human-like beings, and wonders if any of them would be able to help him choose, but again, he thinks better of it, and simply orders a black coffee.-

Zhenya smiled as her order of hazelnut peppermint was on her way, she continued to read her old novel while waiting for her drink to come, she sees someone who had a notebook on chemistry, Zhenya wasn't familiarized with the word chemistry as she was only into fun adventures and finding treasure. Zhenya looked at the compass that she found and was amazed at it, but Zhenya's main focus was on the old novel.

"What? I'm very non-judgemental." He said. I mean typically dragonborne are judgemental so that's pretty not convincing.

The coffee machine seemed to grumble. It sounded like it was probably from decades ago, but it...at least seemed to be working well.

Zhenya nodded in agreement with Brooke as she didn't like chemistry, "Not a fan of chemistry, I'm more of an adventurer that is curious about rocks and minerals though there's still so many things that I'm not familiarized with that will be perfect for me to take a look at", Zhenya said in a positive tone. She was excited to try the hazelnut peppermint that the barista is currently taking care of along with the other customers' drinks.

The coffee machine rumbled. It definitely didn't sound good, but the smell of the two sweet drinks filled the air. Bingo placed everyone's drinks in front of them and took his own drink, slightly blowing on it.

Zhenya looked at the barista and answered, "I need a bit of some downtime after going on adventures finding interesting treasures whether it is a compass or even an old novel", Zhenya said as she tested her drink that she received from the barista. After testing the drink, Zhenya smiled and said, "Awesome drink, I'm enjoying it already".
