At my first couple levels I noticed more items started appearing, but as I kept playing I haven't really unlocked any new things, not in the Mall either, so I was just wondering for the more experienced players wether there are more things to unlock at higher levels or once you reach certain things.

The daily rewards are increased for each five levels you gain.

At Trainerlevel 18, you unlock Rowan Quests.
From Trainerlevel 35, you will be able to obtain either Koraidon or Miraidon through a quest which will be released this August.
From Trainerlevel 50, you will be able to obtain both Koraidon and Miraidon through a quest which will be released this August.
You unlock an additional Exp Share at Trainerlevels 20, 50, and 75.

After hatching 3 Milcery, you will unlock the Wheel of Fortune game at the Game Center.

There are numerous other ways to unlock new Pokemon/features on this site (eg. dex completion, ancient cave quests), but I cannot list them all here. A good source of PokeHeroes information is the Wiki, so you should use that if you need more help.
