According to the Pokédex, there’s 0 shiny Harplade on site, but the Ranklist says that there’s 1 on site:

I'll keep an eye on the Ranklist, but I'm pretty sure that the ranklist doesn't update instantaneously. My guess is that someone recently evolved their Harplade and the ranklist doesn't reflect that (yet) because it hasn't updated yet.

If I remember correctly, the ranklist is supposed to update every 15 minutes (could have been hourly, not too sure). But Harplade has actually been on the ranklist for a while now, definitely for at least a month (probably longer, but that's when I noticed it).

It could possibly be that someone evolved their shiny Harplade into a shiny Caegillo right at the moment of the server backup (~6:30-6:40 server time), so the server didn't record the frequencies correctly.

Or that the ranklist just doesn't update evolved mons.
