A World At The Brink (RP)
Forum-Index → Roleplay → A World At The Brink (RP)And there was Shinko. He'd been lagging behind the whole time, and now, somehow he had an armful of assorted items, which definitely did not belong in the forest.
He threw them over his shoulder.
wickedness?
Or is it
weakness?
You decide.
Then, he found it.
As since most of the aggro was attracted by the silver butterfly and Crispe, there was a relatively big opening where he can catch the group of monsters off-guard. But the chances of success were 50/50.. unless.
The calm breeze suddenly picked up, and became rough around the Bipedals, and circled around them. Confused, the Bipedals pushed forward, only to be knocked back by the barrier of wind. Very quickly, the Bipedals were now grouped into a crowd with very little moving space.
Now, his chances of success were far higher, Ayran thought with a cunning smirk, as he took a step back and simply threw his gunblade into the air, before running forward and leaping into the air. With the wind at his support, he aimed his gunblade at the crowd of Bipedals calmly.
Then Shot Fire.
Both gunblades fired their shots rapidly with deadly precision. Each bullet either headshotted the Bipedals, or decreased their movement speed by 1%. The Bipedals were shot down mercilessly one by one for 10 seconds continuously, until Ayran's feet's both landed elegantly back at the ground.
With a swish motion, he blew away the smoke that came from the single gunblade wielded in his hands. Before the second one came flying right down, almost banging his head if Ayran hadn't taken a step away at the last moment.
At that, the cool, handsome, and downright bad@ss illusion immediately broke apart, like shattered glass. Ayran gave a butter smile and tiredly pulled the other gunblade up.
It seems like he still hasn't mastered this move it seems..
But luckily, a pretty big chunk of those bipedals are gone, and replaced with monster guts now! :D
Now.. Ayran took a deep breath, he needs some mana replenishing potions that he coincidently forgot to bring. Surely, the others can handle the rest..right?
“Hey— Hands off!“ Yawen growled. From seemingly nowhere, she drew a pistol, shooting it dead in the head, the monster poofing into non existence.
”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that right?”
He winked at Crispe cheekily, and mouthed, 'Your turn' to her. He hoped that encouraged her to show off what she has, as she looked like quite the energetic one. Plus, he can't handle everything on his own can he?
Definitely not, especially not without his mana replenishing potions.
Ah yes, his mana replenishing potions that he conveniently left back at his trunk.
Soliana jumped up and grabbed a branch of a tree near by, swung herself up and quickly summoned a ice shard shaped like a dagger, she leapt off the tree, used the momentum to do a lil flip then land on a Bipedal's back. she found a gap on it's back then sank the dagger through the scales to piece it's body. Soliana repeated this once more then retreated, even that amount of fighting was draining her. She summoned more butterflies then absorbed them.
Val studied everyone's movements, the after Soliana cleared the area, he decided to jump in, summoning his phoenix to gather the Bipedals, he got to the ground, leapt up (everyone seems to be doing dat so ig he's gonna do so too) and sent a fiery tornado flying towards them with a simple kick, then landed while his phoenix cleared up the ones that werent dead, leaving about 5 Bipedals and the bats. His hood had fallen of while he was landed, his silver hair had been revealed, glancing back, he pulled his hood back up and vanished into the woods, panting.
The she saw the crystal bats flocking together and preparing for an attack. "Let's see how these guys deal with a little lag." She gave a haphazard, almost lazy, wave of her spear, and her drone came flying to her side. A blast of electricity surged from the tip into the drone, causing it to charge up and fly much more quickly. It zipped around the knockoff-fragmentum creatures in circles, letting out a high pitched signal that caused them to become confused. She raised her spear to aim at the now slowed-down enemies, shooting them down with lightning.
She flinched as a moment as out of the corner of her eye, she thought she saw someone with silver hair dart behind a tree, but she just shrugged and turned back to the fight at hand. Despite her minimal role in the battle, she couldn't help but give a small but cocky smirk at how their little band was shaping up. If this was how all their fights were going to be, she could get used to it.
She tried to focus on the monsters. What route will she take and are there any small gaps. Aha~ she laughed, signalling that she will attack and is ready. She did her readying position and started to run around the enemies.
Crispe sprinted as fast as she can. She found a gap where she can view all the enemies from above and launched herself up in the sky. That way, it would be much easier. If her smash is accurate, she can wipe all the monsters up. Crispe was panting by now, tired of her running and jumping. She gathered all her attention on the paint bucket that she was holding.
And... She smashed the large bucket to the ground. The paint was spilling out as it fell with gravity. The monsters were blanketed by the force of paint, and it dealt heavy damage.
The paint was everywhere by now. "Sorry guys," she panted "It might be a bit sticky~ hehe..." Crispe smiled. It was successful. Wiped out everymonster in the field. But she looked really tired "Excuse me, I'm gonna sit down to rest." She sat on a nearby rock.

Ayran stood up, with the aid of his gunblade. He glances around the field, where it was literally a whole mess, with monster guts everywhere, and somehow.. even paint?
But anyways, there doesn't seem to be many Bipedals nor crystal bats in the air for him to move around or make some big moves again either way. Thus, too lazy to use to blade to finish each one of them in close-range, instead, Ayran just sat back down on the grass, criss cross applesauce, and aimed for each monster, headshotting them one-by-one with his gunblades, like they are ordinary wooden targets with ease.
Especially the ones in the back, where people seems to forget.
”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that right?”
Ayran finished firing off his last bullet, killing off the last monster in the back, before off in the corner of his eye, he sees a phoenix and that white haired beautiful crimson eyed, Mr. Wall again.
Then hes gone, again, somewhere in the trees in seems.
Ayran's face was blank as his brain was still loading what he had just seen. Inwhich then, immediately after, from head to neck, he flushed red.
Burrowing his head into his hands, he inwardly screamed. Why did he have to turn that way! Just when he had forgotten about everything!
How annoying!
That guy was so annoying!
When her little show was over, she brought herself back into her initial position, and the mirage faded. The monsters had cuts all over their vital spots, resulting in their deaths. Aria Grace's horns and tail had come out of their hiding spots in her hair and shimmered in the hot summer light. "And step, and fin." She whispered to herself, smiling.

Oh wow.
Yawen wasn’t really expecting anything. But That wasn’t what she expected at all.
You know, she seemed familiar…?
“Well.. that’s the last of them…” Yawen managed to say. “Let’s look around, try and find something of note?”

Of course, he'd been far too busy formulating a plan to liberate -steal- his teammates' belongings.

Ayran resisted the urge to slap himself in the face, and stood up from the grassy ground. He didn't put away his gunblades, and instead kept them at bay, ready to fire incase anything unexpected pops up.
He joined the group in a simple manner and didn't say anything.
It wasn't as if there was anything that was needed to say anyways.
