Um, here's a program I've tried. It's called Piskel. I use it for almost all my sprite edits except fusions.

Im not seeing how to post sprites in a post, usuialy theres a paperclip to add picture but im not seeing that is there another way?

hey, do you know any good mobile programs i could use to make fusions? i do know a few good ones you can use for things like customs, recolors, etc etc, but not for fusions.
(adobe photoshop doesn't work for me, by the way! just makes things blurry. and cut + mix doesn't work, but i might try it again. thanksies!)

I'd say Bulbapedia is good to find sprites too or just changing the URL if you are looking for specifically Pokeheroes sprites.
*Ampharos used for example*

And Firealpaca is good to use since it has a dot brush
