Kira broke through the vines Kusa made, and though slowed down, he was still hurtling fast enough to cause a small crater in the earth upon crashing. The riot shield began to heat up and turn red.
The ashes rained down from the sky like snow, cinders scattered through the breeze…
And where was I? Burning in hell, of course.

Yuna was started to feel slightly exhausted, "I, I got to keep trying to use the powers that I possess in anyway I can", Yuna said still with hope and determination, she continues to give everything she got. "Please don't let that silly tour guide get in the area where the princess is", Yuna said. Then she closed her eyes and continued to focus, after using her powers she sat down and begun to meditate to get reengerized.

"Yuna." Paiyoon said authoritatively, looking at the girl. "Stop. You're going to overexhaust yourself." The girl continued to try different combinations of magic, time after time. What was she even trying to do anyway.

"Thanks for that," she said to Fortevera, still a little shaken. Kira had been yelling curses and prayers in her sensitive goblin ear the ENTIRE flight.

Fortevera laughs a little, as they ended up crashing right in front of the portal, a pile of three people. Fortevera thankfully being the one on the bottom, her grip relaxing to let the two out. "Haha... this was even better than last time!" She stands up, looking away to stare at the portal. "What's this?" She... ignores that her back is full of glass shards.

You know the first rule in combat? shoot them before they shoot you.

"Forevera..." Paiyoon trailed off, looking at her friend. She resembled a glass pincushion or twisted porcupine.

"Stand still," she commanded. "This may hurt slightly." Standing on her tiptoes, Paiyoon carefully began removing glass shards paying extra mind to make sure they wouldn't splinter.

Fortevera looks back, smiling at Paiyoon. "Thank you, my friend! I was wondering wthat the prickly feeling on my back was!" She gives her a head pat and is seemingly oblivious to her spiky back or her... well, probably blood. Removing the shards leaves her with a back that just looks like a shaped baking tray, with lots of dents and cuts.

Yuna halted her magic and she continue to meditate to get reengerized, focused as ever Yuna continued to meditate hoping that everything will be okay. "I know I must focus on getting reenergized, I want to make sure that nothing is wrong with me", Yuna thought. Soon she regained focus and continued to meditate, afterwards her thoughts came back instead there were only positive thoughts.

Yuna still focused on her meditation, she hopes she will be ready to use her powers once more, Yuna placed her hand on the ground hoping to remain focus on her meditation, soon she feels the chill as a snowflake appears and landed on Yuna's left hand, then she feels the shock of electric magic on her right hand. One thing was for sure, Yuna was starting to get reenergized and soon getting her powers back up to par.

The scream revibrated through the halls as the potion's effects finally wore off.
It was answered with a series of shouted orders and marching feet.

"Wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-wh..."
"Wh-h-h-hat are y-y-you d-d-d-doing h-h-here..."

The portal had closed.
The princess was safely delivered, but he'd lost his only means of quick escape.

This was bad... Eris knew about lockdown procedures. Something was seriously wrong and there would be no entering or exiting the palace for a long time. She wondered how serious the situation was...?

Marina looked around worriedly. This was not good... Lockdown in a palace was bad enough, lockdown in a palace you probably weren't supposed to be in? Definitely not good.

Anything has weaknesses so I'm sure that the castle has some sort of an opening?" Sobble signals Vinebeast to go to the castle.

Yuna finished her meditation and feeling reenergized, she was shocked and stunned at what was happening, "What happened?", Yuna asked with surprising look. Then she sees the seriousness that happened then she said, "The castle is in lockdown?!", Yuna was stunned.

Yuna looked at Sobble with intrigued, "Well, it seems we are outside Sobble, I've exited the castle because of my emotions and being overwhelmed", Yuna said then she noticed the Vinebeast, "The Vinebeast was gone haywire", Yuna said with shock and surprise, then she fell to her knees and said, "This is absolutely insane", Yuna said.
