Bronlyn nodded in agreement as she returned to the party where the guests were, she sees other patrons who were there, but Bronlyn had hopes that she would meet someone who worked in the same profession but yet at the same time hoped to impress the royal family.

Ayran minding his own business, eating cheesecake suddenly heard someone cough behind him. He turns around, before stopping, eyes icely cold.

It was his father.

Ayran's father averted his gaze awkwardly, rubbing his hands together.

"...Son, I..haven't seen you in awhile, have you been well.?" Ayran's father tried to smile while saying it, but it only made it even more awkward hearing no response from Ayran.

Ayran didn't like his father very much, it's not that he was abused when he was a child or anything. It's just that the man infront of him is... very cowardly.

Ayran could still remember vividly, when he was a child and was getting bullied by his so-called relatives and cousins, his father did nothing but cower away, rather wanting to protect himself than his son.

He was also extremely selfish, not wanting to share anything and just overall a despicable human being.

Ayran finally reacted, by laughing mockingly at his father, his nails digging into the skin in his palms. It seems like once he gained power and influence, that the man infront of him decided that he still has a son.

"...You dare to call me your son?!" Ayran scoffed, what a joke.

The man only came to him because he now has power and influence, and wanted to use that power to protect himself.

As if Ayran was going to let him.

The crowd was slowly tapering down, then the dancing would begin. Athena was not looking forwards to that. Dragging that heavy dress around was more work than it looked like. Other girls could wear relatively comfortable dresses. But hers?

Ayran's blood father stood took a step back in shock, hands shaking.

"...What do you mean?! Aren't I your father?"

Ayran sneered, "Father? I have no father, only a coward."

Just as the man was about to reply, he saw many people looking their way, so he could only tsk and go somewhere else.

Ayan watched the retreating back of the man with cold eyes, but can't help but laugh for a moment, truly, that man was a coward, always afraid of others judgement.

At the party, Bronlyn was about to hear the music as the dancing was about to begin momentarily but her thoughts continues to be on finding someone who worked at the same profession as her but still Bronlyn needed to focus on the party, "I got to focus on the party and just be calm and relaxed", Bronlyn said.

The band started playing. Everyone took to the dance floor, a slow waltz to start it off. Athena sighed, yep, the offers to dance were coming in.

As the music started to play, Bronlyn started to twirl slowly and soon afterwards she is started to feel calm and relaxed, after that she sees the princess feeling a bit down but Bronlyn had to focus on herself and continued to dance calmly. "I hope this dance will help me feel relaxed but also I want to enjoy the snow gala and make a good impression", Bronlyn said.

Flashing a smile at Bronlyn, Athena pulled herself together and stepped onto the dance floor. Her partner was very quite flustered, and kept messing up the steps. She was tempted to roll her eyes, but continued smiling and twirling around gracefully.

Bronlyn continued to dance calmly as it helps her feel more positive, she twirled slowly but also Bronlyn was stunned and amazed at how calmly she danced, "Hearing the slow waltz makes me feel like I'm dancing in a winter setting but at the same time being in the palace just makes it more beautiful", Bronlyn said.

The butler led Rei through a side door, as the Gala had already started, and the main door was locked.

Theo was dancing off to the side, not really with anyone. Nobody would've asked him, as he was being quiet and unnoticable. It was fine, because he didn't really care anyway. He was fine being alone. He was used to it.

Rei looked as everyone were dancing. He was too shy to ask anyone, not having good social skills and being home raised were a contributing factor as to why. He just simply watched from a corner with another attendee next to him.

Rei clapped quietly at how amazing the performance was, well atleast to him. He only clapped quietly so no one could notice him as other louder claps drown his own out
