hello! could i get confirmation on what the fountain shiny boost affects? does it affect mons with fixed shiny rates? (e.g. retros), or mons you don't hatch but catch (e.g. beach, honeytree, safari zone)

Fixed shiny rates like retros or the current Zeraora Event are not affected by it.

Everything else is.
