how do i get cosmoem, cosmog, solgaleo, or lunala. Whenever i see one of those pokemon during interacting it says its from the wild but i dont know what the wild is so maybe someone can give me a more detailed explenation?

If you have a Nebula Stone, you can find the Cosmog Egg in the Tall Grass.

And here's about the Alola rumble map

Usually when a pokemon says "Obtained in the wild" it means the tall grass. If it says "Rumbling" then it was obtained through a rumble map (Such as Alolan Rattata or Alolan Meowth)

You could also trade for Nebula Stones, they can be traded/sold
