Quite a simple suggestion, but, just like completing a Pokedex and receiving that region's Dex Certificate, I think that going to Prof. Rowan after owning all of those Pokemon but shiny should reward you a Shiny Certificate!
These would just be the current Dex Certificates, but the sprite of the pokemon on them is shiny. Would you get anything special from it? No, not really, just the satisfaction of completing such a task.
This would just be a nice little bonus to the people that are going out and shiny hunting every Pokemon.

As a shiny hunter, full support.
Despite many ppl shiny hunts in this site, shiny hunting gives little incentives.
Though, i wonder if many users would have this in their profile since there are certain shiny pkmn which are very difficult to acquire (unless by lending).
