Sophie could tell there would be chaos in the hall behind her, but she didn't care at the moment. A beautifully crafted metalwork dragon. Kep had called it Timeous.

"Hello, big guy," She said, looking at him. She tilted her head to the side, and locked eyes. "You're... astonishingly beautiful."

The students slowly filed out. "Mr. Sanchez!" Headmistress Stanpnacia knew he was ignoring her on purpose. But he had be behind this. And this was taking it too far. Also, Ms. Lediana and Ms. Huang had suspiciously disappeared.

The HM's eyebrows furrowed. Sure, she could accuse Kendo, but what good would that do. Besides, he had talked about finding the two missing students. That would be helpful. She would talk to all three of them later.

The students all filed out, most of them headed for dinner. As soon as they were out of detection range, they burst into action and sound. All of them chattering about what had just happened. No one seemed happy that they had spilled all their secrets, and some were bullying others about their secrets. Generally, it was chaos and disarray.

Lucinda was walking towards the dining hall, reading a book on the way. When suddenly a stampede of students swallowed her. "What-" Lucinda haven't seen this much panic in quite a while. She looked around for people she could ask. She saw Athena, a year 3 in Fireflame too, and walked over to talk to her

After the spell wore off, Keperstof stood there for a moment and then panicked once more. He knew that Athena already knew about their secret and quickly sent a message to her via a scroll appearing out of thin air.
"Dear Athena,
Please, do NOT reveal Timeous a.k.a. the mechanical dragon at ANY cost
This has been a secret of mine for an extremely long time.

Sophie snatched the message out of the air, and rolled her eyes. Athena hadn't even noticed it. And besides, it was just begging to be read. So she obliged.

Hmm, Keperstoff's note really did merit a response. So Sophie decided to give it one. A passive-aggressive response, but a response nonetheless. Besides, it applied to her as well.

Dear Keperstoff, if that even is your real name,

This is Sophie. I know about the dragon too. Timeous is a very beautiful creature, and I would absolutely HATE for him to become public knowledge... wouldn't you? So unless you want the whole school to discover your pet project, you will adhere to my... suggestions. One, no kidnapping Athena. Ever again. Two, you teach me mechanical magics! Three, you explain to me why there's a mechanical dragon in the school. For the time being, I'm willing to accept a temporary truce of friendship. Because it would make everything else so much easier. I'll make sure Athena sees this, and I doubt she will say anything.

As He received the message that Sophie sent, Keperstof sighed as he grabbed the scroll and read it. After that, Kep sent another message back.
"Dear Sophie,
First of all, i did not Kidnap Athena by intention. I was affected by a spell at the time. Second of all, i am technically not allowed to teach you this sort of magic as this is restricted to only 7th years. And finally, Third of all, we'll discuss privately as to avoid someone finding this interaction.

Charisma had gotten down the roof as requested by some teachers and was really unhappy walking down the halls when they noticed some sort of scroll appearing before Sophie. Curious, they hid behind a corner to spy on her.

"Hey, what's that?" Athena had noticed the scroll, but she hadn't bothered reading it after finding out who it was from. Cath had written a response though, so maybe it was of some importance. Suddenly, she felt like someone was gazing at her. Drawing her sword, she scanned the area and her eyes landed on Charisma. "Wait. There's someone watching." She walked over, sword at the ready.

Charisma instantly felt a set of eyes watching them and quickly used magic to wear their Kitsune mask and dashed quickly out of there.

Wait. That mask... Looked familiar. Athena chased after Charisma, they might be fast, but she could easily match their speed. One strength of running around roofs all day. It also gave her good agility, letting her dodge all the surprised passerbys with ease.

Huh, seems like they were a rooftopper too. Wonder why she didn't see them around. Well, too bad for them, they weren't going to lose her that way. Putting on an extra burst of speed, she took a shortcut and came up right beside them.
