Keperstof was pretty happy with the announcement of the tournament. It was time to show off her powers. She went to her dorm and looked around to see if there were anything not in their original place before the tournament and entered a secret passageway into a giant lab. Standing in the center was her most prized project, Timeous, the Drake of Time. It was a project started 9 months ago and what Kep has been doing most of the time.

Soon enough, her invention will be unleashed but for now, it needs more finishing touches that will probably take longer than the tournament.

Charisma was suprised at the announcement of a tournament and very quickly got ready to join in. Glancing at their two swords, Gelaira the Frost sword of the North and Pyra the Magma Sword. They had some experience using them for some time and was sure they would ace into the semi-finals.

Umbra didn't seem all that intrested in the tournament and very quickly fled to her dorm so she could nap again for another 5 hours.

Athena reached the cafe and ordered some simple food and drink. Continuing on the focus challenge, she began reading a book. She had found that the easiest way to focus was to just relax and keep her mind in the present. It was harder with the memories constantly trying to resurface, but she pushed them down.

The secret room also had another hallway to a training room that Keperstof had trained for some time. He decided to test out some of his magic. Teleportation magic was not only a good way to dodge attacks, it also helped him do some suprise attacks. Mechanical magic allowed him to summon some quiet powerful bots to fight alongside with them, being able to resist magic and the most dangerous magic they had tested, Time magic. Time magic allowed them to change the surroundings for around 20 minutes until it returned back to normal. The magic also drains stamine from him so it was really only situational and if he needed to go back to the past or to the future.

"Whirlwind!" Leaves blow around violently. "That's going to be helpful if people surround me and that Thunder spell would be helpful in 1v1s. Let's learn some supportive spells now."

Athena finished her book. Now she was just bored. She’d pretty much gotten her energy back, and now she felt like sparing with someone. Too bad most people she knew couldn’t match her skills and speed, and the few that could she didn’t know if they would want to. And they were a lot better. But she did need a way to train aside from during class, so she walked off to find Kendo.

Charima had been training for some time in their room using some abilities of the sword. Geleira will cause automatic hail or snowfall in the battle field, making it hard for the opponent(s) to see and making it more colder so its harder to focus. It also can grow a giant glacier if needed. Pyra will cause Ashfall into the battlefield and can make the place more hot the longer it stays in the battle. It also can summon massive plumes of lava into the field if also needed. But they had one secret technique. Chromatis. Chromatis can stun the enemy for some time via a simple glare and increase the users speed.

Athena jumped around some more. Where was Kendo? She was pretty sure she had combed the whole school. Maybe in the lab they had found or some secret quiet space of his. Another five minutes, she decided, then she would do something else.

Athena looked some more, then found that Kendo was actually just behind a bush in the gardens. All that time spent when he was pretty much right under her nose. No time to complain, she walked over. “Hey. Are you mad about what happened earlier?” It always seemed like whatever she got into had something to do with Kendo. She might as well clear things up.
