Meanwhile, back on top of the mountain...

Aizen had gathered their wits about them. They were ready. They summoned Lesso over to them.

Aizen grabbed one of Lesso's sconces. "It's time to go,"

"Yessir," she said mockingly. Lesso prepared herself. Aizen used the move teleport. With a small pop, the world seemed to fold in on itself, as if the fabric of space-time was bending.

The two were in a forest. A rather particular forest with a rather particular cave in it.

"They're close," Aizen said. "I can feel it."

"To the future?" Lesso asked.

"Always "

Trike jumps in frount of Gail and narrows its eyes. He goes into a battle stance with its wings spread wide and his beak open, ready for whatever was ahead.

Floating through the treeline, an elegant figure hidden beneath a dark billowing cloak watched the cave that held some Pokemon within it. A faint blue-green glow emanated from beneath the cloak's clasp. The figure didn't seem to mind the storm around it. Haunting yellow eyes watched as a Mega Alakazam and Chandelure appeared a short distance from the cave and heard the growling from the cave itself. Impassively, the figure took up a stone. Tossing it up and down to gauge its weight, the figure launched the stone. It hit the mark; near the entrance of the cave, attempting to catch the two new Pokemons' attention. The figure floated back among the trees, hiding itself...

(Sorry I'm late to the RP! Didn't know it was started 😅)

Aizen and Lesso turned around quickly at the sound of a stone clattering of the edge of the cave opening. Lesso began to charge her flames.

"Wait." Aizen raised a hand.

Lesso stood down, heeding their warning.

"We mean no harm, if you wish to reveal yourself," Aizen called. Their psychic powers could sense a presence of another pokemon near.

"We're not with whatever threw the rock," Aizen and Lesso both float into the cave. "I am Aizen, and this is my friend Lesso. We mean you know harm!"

"Nice to meet you," Lesso said with a smile, because really. What other expressions could her lanturn face form?

The two stood at the ready, just in case the five pokemon were still wary of them as the strangers.

"There is something else in the cave though," Lesso said. "If it is hostile we will come to your aid!"

Aizen nodded. They continued to look past the five pokemon into the depths of the cave.

"I'm Yami, nice to meet you two. No time for greetings, I hear the hostile entity getting closer." A black figure lunges towards Yami but he successfully parries the attack. "Hah, looks like you've stopped concealing yourself. It's time to go on the offensive!"

The entity uses Fire Blast on Yami. "You're gonna pay for that, Shadow Ball!" Yami uses Shadow Ball at the Entity.

The figure shrouded by cloth and shadows listened to the fighting carefully. Seemed the group was holding their own within the cave. The figure inched slowly from the tree shadows, watching patiently...

Lesso uses Flamethrower again, this time igniting some vines on the cave wall and providing light.

Aizen senses the presence of the pokemon outside the cave again. They use Future Sight. They wonder if the the pokemon outside heard them. They could feel that this mysterious newcomer had a part to play in the future to come.
