Taboo noticed William and decided to follow after him. He glanced at the bonfire, and it died out without a protest. Putting his hands in his pockets, he continued his stalk, whistling the tune of 'Run Rabbit Run'.

Taboo continued walking, seemingly normally. It's not like he's going to murder him, no, no. He'd rather murder the person bothering the mercenary. He just thought this man was weird and decided to follow him. He picked up his pace slightly.

William crossed his arms, muttering something under his breath. "...and you would think this is easy..." If you listened close, you could hear some static. "...ive just gotta watch...stick to my own goals..." He was just muttering nonsense to himself. That's what happens sometimes when you go crazy.

A person sat on a chair, writing notes and dropping them through a portal. "... What was that?" He paused for a moment, then shook his head. "Whatever. I better get moving."

Taboo raised an eyebrow at the crazy man's talking. Hm. Was he talking to himself? Weird. He continued to whistle, picking ashes off his jacket.

Cloudy noticed the earthquakes had stopped. The force-field dispersed, and he immediately started making a go for the cottage.

Cloudy continued running as fast as he can. Which was stupid because he clearly could just Blue Skidoo. He slid down a hill and rolled before launching back onto his feet. Hopefully the others are okay- hopefully the house hasn't caved in or anything-

Taboo glanced to the sky, checking the time. Signal still hasn't been sent yet, hmph. Part of him, if not all of him, wanted to start burning things down already.

Kendo looked through the mission log. "My targets live in a small cottage near a city... Interesting." He tweaked his mask a bit, and it changed from it's plain white color to a black color with a pixilated red smiley face on it.

Another loud sound like a loud clap of lightning engulfed the world. It seemed to shatter the very skies, changing their color from a nice blue to a rich dark crimson and violet. Mercy made sure everyone stayed together, and even through the pain tearing through her head, she managed to look out the window, withessing what seemed to be a whole piece of land- an island?- fall from the sky and into the ocean. "Oh no..."

After a while, the ground stopped shaking. Mercy looked around. "Is everyone okay?" She immediately put her focus on her children.

Julie was walking home from a long day of work. She just wanted to get home as quickly as possible to take a nap and drink a coffee to help her feel better.

Miles was just in his room playing video games. His mom was at work along with his dad. He wondered what he would do instead of playing video games all day.

Kendo looked through his scope... and fired. The window shattered, the bullet solidly lodging itself in the floor of the house. "Perfect. That made a good entrance." He made sure everything protected his identity. Hood? Check. Mask? Check. Voice Modulator? Check. Lucky Pocket Watch? Check.
