Eighteen to save the world
Eighteen stars shining bright,
Eighteen from beyond the universe
Eighteen to expel the darkness
The world of pokemon is in danger, no one except the legendary pokemon know this. A peek into the future showed that a darkness is on the rise, a pokemon made by humans that would bring an end to the world. The perfect pokemon, a pokemon that can learn every move, resist every type, and survive any attack. A pokemon like Mewtwo, would see humans as bad and seek to destroy them.
The legendary pokemon saw that eighteen beings from another world would come and save the world from the perfect pokemon, and decided to help them. A legendary pokemon stepped forward and volunteered to help one of the eighteen, each representing a pokemon type. When all eighteen were chosen, they created pieces of jewerly that with the right commands, would transform the chosen eighteen into superheroes with the legendary pokemon's powers.
The time of waiting is over, the legendaries set their plan into motion, and tasked a seer with guiding the eighteen. However the scientists behind the perfect pokemon will do anything to succeed, and to take the powers of the eighteen for themselves.

About the legendary jewelries

For the most part, the jewerly takes
the colours and design of the legendary pokemon. While the jewelry
is not in use, it takes on a different appearance, to make them
unrecognizable to those seeking them for evil.
To activate the jewelry, the user must be wearing it and own whatever legendary is associated with it (They don't have to be out of their pokeballs), and say the activation command. This alerts the legendary pokemon, who will become one with the jewelry and the user, transforming them.
While transformed, the user can use the moves known by the legendary, as well as their traits. (e.g: if the pokemon can fly, the user while transformed can fly) Type advantages and disadvantages still apply to them, and they get access to one ultimate power, associated with the legendary (e.g: someone transformed as Silvally can change their type, someone transformed into Hoopa can open a portal with their ring, ect)
Be careful though! Despite the legendaries' power, these ultimate moves are one time only, and after 5 minutes, the user will be forced to detransform, and the legendary will need a break (and a snack!) before allowing the user to transform again.

4) 3 'legendary hero' characters per user, scientist characters have no limits.
5) Despite being 'ultimate moves', they should relate to the legendary and not be too OP (e.g: if you chose Yvultal you can't have the ability to insta kill everything) If you need ideas let me know.
6) Every legendary and mythical except Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina are allowed. Koraidon and Miraidon will not be allowed until their types are confirmed
6.5) dual type legendaries can represent either of their type, however Eternatus is an exception to this rule, since it is the only poison type legendary. Eternatus must represent poison, not dragon.
6.5.5) Silvally will count as normal type, even though it can change types.
7) password is eeltail, hide it in your form.

He is a mild-mannered, cheerful optimist, quirky, and somewhat unreliable odd guy that has an optimistic view on most things despite the amount of times he's failed . He is a descendant of Hattori Hanzo, but loves research and is not interested in fighting. When faced with a dire or strange situation, he's quick to see the bright side and roll with whatever comes next. Like most nerds, he regularly reads books and experiments with science, no matter how dangerous the product may be. He also idolizes Thomas Edison, a deceased inventor.

Personality: Elysia is an elegant, cheerful, and sweet lady who's described as someone who "enjoys everything". She rarely speaks badly about anybody, and even then, she would say it in the lightest way possible. She is a friendly presence, and attempts to make the trial a welcome place for Mei. She is light-hearted enough to joke occasionally.
Despite this friendly appearance, Elysia also keeps a mysterious distance.
Backstory: Due to her Mysterious nature, little to nothing is known about her, other than the fact in the Previous Era of Mankind she was the 13th Herrsecher of the Honkai universe, Herrsecher of Human: Ego

Personality: She is learning how to be her own entity, separate from a host. She seems cold due to being an android, but she wants to be kind and helpful, like her host.
Backstory: She wasn't supposed to exist. Even her name said this. She was created accidentally, a mix of a real program and a virus. She has lived in host's head and only recently managed to alert him of her existence with a strained, "h...e...l...l...o..." Upon being brought to the world of Pokemon, however, she gained a body. She is still learning to function with her new physical form, learning to work limbs and use an actual voice. Somehow she is able to perfectly say the transformation code phrase.

Also, he tends to disagree with his partner Suicune since their personalities are like polar opposites, although they still work together well in battle.
Backstory: Much of his childhood is unknown. When he was around teenage he started going around and trying to obtain all of the seven swords of legend. Soon after he was captured and experimented on. He broke out thanks to a friend, and now he's back to that sword hunt.

Moveset: Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Extrasensory, Hidden Power
Jewelry:
Transformation words: Aquatic moonglade
Ultimate move: After "marking" a target with water, Suicune is able to fire an extremely compressed orb of water at them, like a water bullet but just larger. The attack will never miss, and if there's an obstacle it will just smash through it (again, extremely compressed.)
