They're not out yet on Pokeheroes as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure they will be soon though!

SH1NYM, I have seen Hisuian Voltorb and Hisuian Electrode in addition to the Hisuian starters. I believe the Hisuian Voltorb was a previous event Pokémon that can now rarely be found in the lab.

hisuain voltorb was obtainable through the apricon battle
Im not very sure if it can be adopted from the lab though
