Not sure if this is a bug or intentonal but breeding van Bagon with ditto is giving mostly van Bagon eggs with a small chance of Mr Bagon eggs.

Im assuming its the same for breeding Mr Bagon with a ditto in daycare.

This is intentional. Both were part of the same Event, so breeding one can also get you the other.
