-All ph rules apply
-You will get a strike for each rule you break
-Three strikes will get you banned
-No bunnying, derailing, or powerplaying
-To catch another users OC or to be caught by another users OC you must have that users permission
-The password is your favorite Team Rocket member
-Three accepted forms per user
-Professors can have other pokemon too, but the max is 10 and the pokemon must be availible in the professor's reigon.
-One legendary/mythical pokemon per OC. This legendary/mythical pokemon can't be Arceus unless you have a plate.
-You can be a legendary or a noble, but not both.
-I will give the plates to users who have followed all of the rules, have been very kind, and haven't begged for a plate.
-One plate per user. The user who receives a plate can give the plate to an OC of their choice.
-You only need a form for your pokemon if it is wild, otherwise, your pokemon's form is included in your human's form.
-This RP takes place in Hisui, so only pokemon from Hisui, with the exception of starter pokemon and pokemon owned by professors

It has been a long time since the dark
days of Hisui, the days when pokemon became noble frenzies, the
days when Palkia and Dialga caused chaos. Now, Arceus is presenting
itself to trainers who appear worthy. As Hisui evolves, the Miss
Fortune Sisters have also been growing their crew and have become
an evil spin-off of the Galaxy Team, named Team Galactic. The
Galaxy Team has quit operating and now each of the corps has become
separate occupations. More alpha pokemon have been appearing and
have gotten bigger. Giratina has come back for revenge on Arceus
and is also attacking trainers. Arceus is the only pokemon powerful
enough to defeat it. Now, all of the pieces must combine or the
world will be in danger...

Decidueye was a smart and secret
Pokémon. While Clemont, Bonnie and Serena went to Alola to visit
Ash, they stepped in the forest to investigate about pokemon.
Decidueye was singing a song when he heard them down it and it
spied, suddenly the branch Decidueye was stepping on broke with a
crack. It then fell down on the ground, injured. Clemont saw
Decidueye and asked Kiawe where is the Pokémon Center, and Kiawe
brought Decidueye and Clemont to the center while Sophocles helps
Clemont to investigate first. While Decidueye was cured, it was
surprised that humans saved it, and allowed Clemont to keep it in
his PokeBall. Decidueye was the first Pokémon that Clemont caught
in Alola.

Relm~Arrowny, you can play any Hisui legend other than Arceus without a trainer (Palkia, Diagla, Giratina, Heatran, Regigigas, any Lake Trio mon, Shaymin, Cressila, Darkrai, Phione, Manaphy, or the Forces of nature quadruplet).
