Eventually, the car came to a stop. Mercy put her phone back in her bag and opened the door, helping everyone out. "I'm gonna go back to take care of Rūkasu. Just text me when you need me to picky you up." Mercy nodded, waving to Matsunaga and watching as she drove away. Even through the carnage of the war, the city seemed to be the same, thank Gaia. "Alright, children. Let's go." She held her hand out for anyone to hold.

Scara took her hand because of course he would why wouldnt he. “Where are we going again” He was really only half paying attention to some things this morning

She had him at sweet. He perked up, and despite not matching the energy verbally, he very obviously was into the idea. “If you want” He said nonchalantly

Caspian whispered in Mercy’s ear from her back, “I-I’m a b-b-bit h-hungwy. He was still quite nervous while being outside, still afraid something bad would surprise him and make him upset again. He was with Mercy though, which made him a lot calmer than he usually was.

Rūkasu was currently off of the couch. He felt better than he was before, so he decided to move around a bit. He was aimlessly wandering around the living room. He was quite bored. After a bit of walking, he sat back down on the couch, exhausted by the little amount of physical exertion he did.

"Then it's settled. We'll eat first." She led the group around the city for a few minutes, reaching the place she spoke about shortly. She walked inside, hearing a small bell above her sounding that a new customer was in, and went to the desk. "Is there a possibility we could eat back in the garden?"

"Of course... I don't see any reservations for today, so you'll be okay. Follow me." She brought them to a table in a closed off courtyard, small fountains and bushes of flowers surrounded them. The waitress set out their menus and walked off, leaving them to decide what they wanted.

"The desserts are in the back, Scaramouche." She flipped it over for him, then looked at her own. There was a kid's menu at the bottom, thank Gaia. "What would you like, Caspian?"

He squinted at the menu, trying to decide what he wanted. Except he didn’t really care what he wanted he just wanted sweets

Iteral follows right behind, sitting down and looking around. "So much light... and flora... it's like a little piece of heaven to most." She takes a glance at the menu, tilting her head.

Caspian looked at the menu. He didn’t really recognize any of the foods that were there, as he had never heard of them or he forgot their names. He looked again and said, “I-I d-d-don’t kn-know.” He was confused. He wanted to pick a good food that he would like, but he didn’t know the foods.

"Food!" Isabelle cheered. She took one look at the menu and decided it was too complicated for her. She flipped to the sweet part though and took interest in the sweets.

"That's okay, sweetie. I'll just get you what I'm getting." The waitress came back with a notepad and pen in her hand.

"Are we ready to order?"

"Yes, I'd like a lemonade and two chai teas. And then for the meals, I'll get a cheese souffle and the spring vegetable soup? And then I'll get some of the dessert right away, so I'll also have the crepes suzette." She didn't mind ordering for the boys, she just hoped the waitress didn't think of her as weird for ordering so many things at one time.

"Of course. And for you?" She turned to Iteral and Isabelle.

"Yeah... none of these sound... known to me." Iteral blinks a bit, narrowing her eyes to make out some words. "... Mona, I think you gotta order for me too. I can't read this." She hands her menu over, a bit embarrassed.... even if her culinary knowledge is centuries old.

Well, he had no clue what she ordered. But since he couldnt read the menu, that was probably the best outcome. He also might have been staring at the waitress making sure she didnt do anything bad.

"Alright, then can I have a strawberry crepe for the little one and for her... A chai tea and gigot d'agneau will be fine, thank you." The waitress nodded and left to hand the order off. Mercy turned back to Iteral and whispered, "lamb and potatoes." She smiled slightly, hopefully everyone would like what she had gotten for them (except for Cloudy, she didn't order for him). "So, anything juicy about Ambrose he told you? Another woman, some drama?" She asked Iteral.

His face soured slightly at the mention of Ambrose. It was clear of his opinions on him, but this one was probably the most justified opinion.
