I am trying to breed milcery and I am having problems cause I don’t know what Pokémon I could breed it with since all milcery is female

Milcery can breed with any male pokemon that belongs in the "Fairy" egg group. (Impidimp for example.) Though then you'll get eggs of both species so you'll need the Wide Lens to scan the eggs if you only want to adopt eggs of one species.

You can check what egg group pokemon have in the pokedex. (I think only the first egg group listed matters if there's more than one, but I'm not 100% sure on that.)

Ditto is obviously an option as well if you have one.

Seems you have a male "Spritzee" in your Box named "Hatch". Since, "Spritzee" have fairy egg group and is male, it will breed with your female Milcery and will produce both Milcery and Spritzee eggs. :-)

You can obtain Milcery by trading with other users, breeding, through the Lab, from the Tall Grass, or from the Gem Collector.

The last two options require EggDex and Pokédex entries, respectively. So if you want your first Milcery, your best option is to buy one from another user.
