Most of the attacks connected, paralyzing and weakening the Moltres. Crimson readied... and threw his Ultra Ball. "One! Two! Three!" He shouted, as the pokeball stopped shaking and... Ding! Moltres was caught!

Emika quickly fled back to the Pokemon Center after the legendary bird was caught. Her dear Fennekin, having waited for her at the Center, rubbed up against her legs upon her return. Emika scooped up her starter and got some more supplies. She had little reason to stay out in the city, other than necessities, so she began her trek from the Center to the edge of the woods...

Clover, even after Moltres was caught, continued to explore Kanto on Noivern alongside Gladion. She was not a helpless refugee sent here for safety. She wanted to explore, a lot.

Clover opened up her pokedex as it gave her some information about the city she was approaching. "Cerulean city, a mid size city home to the Cerulean gym." she read the information the pokedex gave her. "Surrounded by waterways and flowers, it's no surprise why people think this city is beautiful."

"Before the current situation that is." Gladion interrupted her. "I see no flowers, so some pokemon must've burnt it. Typical."
