They frowned slightly, trying to remember. "If I'm not mistaken... Being endorsed is pretty much being recommended..." Theo tilted their head, trying to understand more. "Maybe asking someone about it would be a good idea."

Viola grabbed her phone and started typing on it. "My mom's familiar with the gym challenge, maybe she knows something..." She started, calling her mom. "Hey mom? Hi, do you know where to get an endorsement letter?"

Viola made various sounds of agreement before hanging up. "Apparently people like Gym leaders, sometimes the champion, and even the chairman can give a trainer an endorsement letter if they're worthy enough for it." Viola explained what her mom told her.

"I see..." They sighed, turning back to her. "It might not be too easy, but we can still try..!" Theo wanted to show at least enough enthusiasm to help get Viola an endorsement letter for the gym challenge.

"Having a hard time with the endorsement letter?" a boy asked, approaching the two. He was a bit unsure how they would react to his... taller size.

Theo glanced up slightly, a bit startled. "Well... We don't know how to get the attention of a gym leader."

Theo just listened, nodding. "Which gym leader?"

The taller boy shoved his hands in his pockets. "Her name's Bea! She isn't in this city but I can call her for you!"

After a few minutes, a Corviknight taxi flew down nearby. A girl with karate-like clothing jumped down from the seat, walking over to them. "Yo Ren, you asked about someone needing an endorsement?"

He nodded, turning to the two. "I don't know about them, but this girl does."

Theo still hadn't decided on what to do as they listened.

Viola froze hearing the question. She wasn't ready to explain about her missing father, yet she needed to answer this question if she wanted a chance to find her father. "I need to prove to my mother that I can make my own destiny." She started, since her mom was always trying to make her follow her path in Pokémon performing. "I need to show her I don't need someone else to shape my future."

Sobble clapped at their trainer's words.

Ren smiled, glad to see Bea decide who to endorse.

With a nod, Bea went back to the Corviknight taxi returning to Stow on Side.

"Knew she had a soft spot." Ren chuckled, shaking his head. "So, it's not till a few days but there is the opening ceremony in Motostoke so walking there should be enough time."

They nodded, opening the map option on the Rotom Phone. "Not a far one either."
