2. If the Eevee was sent to the Playground, it's because that's what you selected.
3. [and this is probably the bug] Based on what you're saying, you have one shiny Giga Eevee, no other shiny Eevee. What could've happened, is that the Playground recognized the Giga Eevee as a regular one, so it reversed the Giga-ing, so it can do what it's supposed to do; give you the option to evolve Eevee into Sylveon.

the shiny giga eevee is linked on my profile where it says giga dante if you click it it'll say this pokemon no longer exist the pokemon id no longer exsist

As there's no Giga Sylveon in existence [aka not in the database], it's possible the site thought that the existence was the bug, rather than the option to evolve it.
