Most online Pokémon games all have a feature called a battle tower, where you challenge AI gym leaders and earns rewards

Pokeheroes has a great battling AI, considering how many people fail legendary rumbling missions.

But here, battling is just nothing more than a side feature that not many people even use due to lack of time, time difference between players and such.

But as any Pokémon fan would know, battling is the heart of the Pokémon games.

So, I propose that a battle tower be added to emera mall.
And there be added gym leaders of each type to battle, and an auto level system to balance the gap between older players and newer players.

As for the rewards of winning a battle in this battle tower would be like a spin on the wheel of fortune, but this time with battle items, vitamins, battle points, pd, and in rarer cases, valuable treasure such as legendary summoning maps.

And there would also be a limited number of tries per player, but additional chance tickets available at the emera mall for 10 nuggets each as an misc item.

I hope people would agree with this opinion, as a lot of people here are probably fans of Pokémon battling and are missing it out on this site.

Also another side effect from this new battle tower that I’m hoping is to respark the interests of the older players who aren’t online much anymore due to PH ‘losing its charm’

Plus, it could lead to new battling site-wide events, which would be quite interesting

I love the idea but to add onto that about getting BP points because new players will struggle to get BP fighting older Veterans of pokeheroes.

Battlle towers are super OP! And I like how the pokeheroes feature in pvp works with its nonlive gameplay. However, the only main issue is the AI randomizer as you'll have to code in a very difficult script outlining the pokemon in which difficulty. Otherwise I give it a 100% thumbs up!

I wouldn't agree with this. PH's battling system is pretty bare bones and not particularly interesting. There's not much you can do as far as customizing your pokemon's abilities and capabilities go and it's pretty much just type advantage shuffle. (And I don't know how people failing legendary rumble missions is proof of the greatness of the battling mechanic, but that's beside the point.)

I think that lacking battling system is why not many users are engaging in battling as it is now.

I wouldn't be against the idea of a Battle Tower and it does sound like something that could be fun if PH's battling system was better. But it is what it is. For PH to dedicate more focus on battling with things like a Battle Tower, the mechanics should be improved first so people would actually engage with new battling features. However, improving the battling mechanics and then developing a Battle Tower and/or other battling features would probably require quite a bit of time and effort. Since PH was made to be an adoptable website and battling was never meant to be a significant feature (as far as I'm aware), I'm not sure Riako would deem it worth it to dedicate significant resources into battling instead of other areas of the site.

I love the idea! We might have a battle thing but the fact that the battle tower seems cool! I'd be doing it all day if it's like the version in the nintendo games!
