Giratina,The master of the distortion world,was watching her gracefull land. She thought it was greater than the normal world and she kept her expression on. She knew everything about it was dark and old,That's why she liked it.

The Pidgey became agitated when an Evee charged into their midst. They began attacking Evee, trying to drive it away. Marcus was startled by the pokemon's sudden appearance, but acted without thinking when the Pidgey attacked.

"Oddish, protec that Evee!" he said, throwing Oddish's pokeball towards the Evee and the Pidgey around it. Oddish emerged and shielded Evee with its own body.

"Oddish, use absorb to heal yourself." said Marcus. Oddish did so and the Pidgey started to weaken, but more came to help and threatened to overwhelm Oddish and Evee.

"Evee, re-" Viper said as she burst from the underbush, but was cut short when she tripped. Viper lost balance, and as she fell, her hold on Evee's pokeball failed, leaving the pokeball to roll into the midst of the fight. Viper promptly got up, when she noticed that at least one of the trainers had the speed to do something useful. So, Viper changed tactics and decided to fight.
"Evee, use tackle!" Viper instructed her partner.

A glowing, swirling portal opened up in the distortion world. A flock of chrome robot Pidgey flew threw into Giratina's world. The Pidgey's glowing red eyes sent images back to an undisclosed location the other side of the portal.

Elsewhere, the images and data sent by the robotic Pidgey flock was being recorded and analyzed. A shadowy figure smiled as the images and data came in.

"What's-- What IS that?" Pete said to himself. He didn't know what to do. He wasn't fast enough to help Eevee. The black portal was gonne as fast as it came. Even the Pidgey were a little dumbstroken. Nobody knew what to do after that imagem was pressed in their minds.

After a while the Podgey left and left behind the shiny object. It was a simple metalic cube. Pete went to check it out. He turn to Marcus to speak and noticed the girl who was probably the Eevee owner.

"Oh hey! That Eevee is yours?"

"Uhh.. Hi! Yeah, Evee is my starter pokemon." Viper said. "My name's Viper. What's yours?" Viper asked the two boys. They both seemed pretty old for a starter. She doubted they recently began their journey, but it was not her place to pry.

"I'm Pete and this is--" Pete grabbed his pokéball and sends off Bulbusaur "Bulbs. We recently started our journey!" Pete was still a little bit anxious because of what happened. He didn't know what to think of it. 'What was that thing. And that creepy face smiling?' Pete thought.

"I'm Marcus," said Marcus, returning Oddish to its pokeball, "Nice to meet you." Marcus looked at the cube.

"Any idea what we should do with that?" he asked Pete and Viper. He wondered if it was dangerous, what its purpose was and why it was lying in the middle of the road.

"I think I say it rolling over there Viper" Pete pointed at some bushes not that far from the group. "Maybe we should take it with us, maybe we get to know someone who can tell us a bit more about it." Pete felt like he should take it with him. The thing had a certain magic about it, it was almost irresistible to look at it.

Pete snaped from his thoughts when he heard a little sound coming over from behind the bushes he pointed out earlier. "What is that? A Growlithe is holding your pokéball Viper!" Pete grabbed the metallic cube, put it in his backpack and started running after the Growlithe. "That Growlithe is going to be mine!"

"Oh no, it's not!" Viper yelled. "Evee, use tackle!" Viper said, as Evee tackled the Growlithe, again and again for five times. "And give me back my pokeball! It's for Evee!"

"Bulbs use Sleep Powder on both pokémons! That Growlithe is going to be mine!" Pete said still running after them! Bulbs put both pokémon to sleep and Pete got a chance to throw the pokéball. After a while the pokéball stopped moving and Pete went to get his new pokémon, a Growlithe. "I'll call you Lucky." After that Pete grabbed Evee's pokéball and returned it to Viper. "Here you go, and I think--" Pete started rummaging through his backpack"Yep, I also have an Awakening for you to give to Evee. Sorry about that" Pete laughed sheepishly handing over the Awakening to Viper.

Marcus agreed with what Pete said about the cube, it was a logical enough idea. Marcus was glad when Pete picked it up safely. He had been a little scared to touch it.

Then he watched, with some amusement, as Viper and Pete tried to capture the Growlithe. Pete ended up catching it.

"Hey, good work." said Marcus. He looked at Viper. "Don't worry, there'll be others. We were heading to Criton City. You're welcome to join us if you want." offered Marcus.

"Yeah, I guess I will join you for the time being. But the next pokemon that we find, is going to be mine." Viper declared, as she used the Awakening on Evee, before returning her to her pokeball. "Also, I hope you two don't snore, because it's hard enough sleeping with so many nocturnal pokemon, I don't know if I could stand a snoring person with all that noise."

As the new team of friends headed out to Criton City, new adventures awaited for them all around. New Pokémons for each, new friends, new mysteries and new and old enemies, lurked around Marcus, Pete and Viper.

Sarah-Sue and Billy-Bob weren't as far away as the team thought they would be. The watched the cube episode with a lot of interest in the cube. But for now they will only follow the team and see what more will happen to them.

Marcus smiled at his two new companions as they set off. He was glad he had met them, traveling was going to be more fun with them. He had almost forgotten about the incident with Billy-Bob and Sarah-Sue.

A robotic Pidgey watched the trio from its hiding place in the trees. Its owner and creator watched through its eyes. The Pidgey was commanded to follow and observe until it had a chance to recover the cube.

(enderknux, yes you can be made up pokemon.)

Soon, the twilight was dawning upon the team. As they prepared their camp for the day, Viper brought forth Evee to join dinner that day. In the underbrush, Billy-Bob and Sarah-Sue watched intently at Pete's backpack, where the cube was tucked in, safe and sound. Well, for the time being, anyway.
