How can I evolve Sundaelite?

You can't 'evolve' it, only 'merge'

You just need to have two different flavours in your party and go to one of the Sundaelite's pokemon profiles
There will be text in a green box at the top
Here is an example of what it will say: "Oh, it seems like your Sundaelite (Vanilla) wants to mix with Sundaelite (Chocolate)! Let's mix it!"
There will be a link on the 'Let's mix it!' part, and when you click it, they combine

Has anyone tried this, what kind of a mix does one get? I am getting my second chocolate Sundaelite now so I don't know whether to mix it or not, I don't know what I get.

Only different flavours merge together. You can’t merge chocolate with chocolate.

So a normal vanillite has w other evolutions, right? (Vanillish -> vanilluxe)

So does that mean that sundaelish can evolve again if i merge another flavor into it? (Cant try yet bc havent gotten another flavor)

No, the 'final evolution' is a merge of the three different flavors. You can't have two of the same flavor scoops together. (You get it by first merging two of the flavors and then merging the third into it.)
