Name: Fog of the Clouds (Fog Kauraudo)
Age (19 - 24): 20
Appearance: a 6'1 boy with pale blue tinged skin and sharp teeth. Has white gills on the sides of his face like an axolotl and a curved lizard-like silver tail. Always wears blue and has short and spiky brown hair. His eyes are a pale green. He has a smattering of silver freckles underneath his eyes and across his nose. His facial features slightly resemble a lizard and he has slightly pointed fingers and has a white forked tongue.
Personality: Very ecstatic all the time and loves to pull pranks. He is always hyper and is extremely curious to the point of being extremely annoying. Likes to run around and climb anything, and I mean anything. He ends up on roofs, on the ceiling, anything.
Background: Was a successful experiment on making a human-animal hybrid but he broke loose from the facility and has been on the run ever since.
Other: Green! If there are no other available spouses, I won't use him until a new character comes along!

As you mention yourself, you'll have to wait for another spouse to come along to bring Fog into the world. Even then, wouldn't it be better to just keep Fog as a pet and create a different character entirely? Seeing as he's already interacting with the other characters in pet form

Background:
He comes from the planet MOC, and he was born with the ability to turn invisible. While invisible, he can hurt someone badly if he hits them, and he always has a dagger on him, which is called the Forsaken. He never has taken off his cloak. He is specially trained to trust absolutely no one, unless they are trustworthy with tests. Nothing else is much known of him.
Other: No one knows if he even has eyes, or even a body. The only part he shows is his hands when attacking something or someone. His hands are grey.
