1) faro is really growing on me. i loved her character arc and she totally deserves her promotion.
2) Ar'alani is such a badass - reminds me a bit of Adelaide - and i love what zahn did with her
3) savit is a good behind the scenes antagonist
4) TARKIN AHHH very well done
5) ezra bridger- so this all lined up with the last episode i believe before thrawn was yeeted by the purgil. can't wait to see the new series

To be frank, the book is ... it leaves me beyond words. The language is both lyrical and blunt, the author unflinching from the tragedy unfolding on its pages. Also Grayson and the Thunderhead have the most wholesome relationship- i mean THEY CLEARLY LOVE EACH OTHER! BUT THE THUNDERHEAD CAN'T ADMIT IT - ITS JUST AN AI
and now with it being unsavory to grayson, they can't talk to each other. MUST MY FEELINGS BE HURT IN THIS WAY!!?
ALSO WHAT IS WITH GRAYSON AND JERI? ARE THEY GAY FOR EACH OTHER? PLEASE TELL ME THEY ARE!!!
oh, and i read the wiki and they are! oh god, my boys, my soft bois.
i love anastasia/citra in this one, even though she was more of a minor character. wish we got more rowan/lucifer.
