As the school year begins to start, U.A begins to look for new students to join it's famous hero course. With a new generation of heroes rising, a new generation of villians will surely meet them. Will you join the Hero course, Join the next gen of the League of Villians, or become a vigilante? You decide, after all, this is your...

Plot events will unfold as the roleplay continues.
Having more than one character is appreciated, but make it manageable.
Also, well duh, You should watch the show before joining, or at least have a solid idea of what's going on.

Takes place years after the first years of class 1-A graduated, Deku optained the #1 hero spot, with Bokugo being #2 and Toderoki being #3. Allmight and All for one are both dead in this adaptation. The old league of villians dispanded, with most of them reforming, but still facing imprisonment for their crimes.

Characters Quirk: Slow down:
He can slow down time, about 3/4 speed at first, but with enough training, it slows down 1/5 of it's original speed. His movements aren't affected by his own quirk, making him look incredibly fast to others while using it. The drawback: If he keeps using it for an extended period if time (depending on how slow he's slowing time down, it varies), he gets exhausted and gets the risk of traping himself in a trance.

His hair looks like a purple galaxy, cut short. He has green eyes, 5'7", and is 15 years old. Hero suit: Wears a dark grey, full body covering suit, with a dark grey belt separating his torso and legs. His hands are covered by black gloves, and he wears black boots. He wears no mask.

Nozuma Bushida (twin sister)
Personality: He has very high standards for what a hero should be. A lot like stain, he thinks that heros shouldn't work for money, and that they get away with as many crimes as villians do. But, he is also very caring towards his sister. He dosent like that she is trying to become a hero though. He is very protective of his sister, and is very willing to kill anyone who hurts her.

Parents were killed by a heroes reckless actions, and now they live by themselves.

They can teleport any object, including themselves. At first, the teleport distance is 5 meters, but with training it becomes 15-20 meters. Drawback, if she uses it too much, she can't control where the subject being teleported lands, and she risks tearing the subject apart.

Red and Blue galaxy hair, with blue eyes. She is 5'5", and 15 years old. Hero costume: She wears black fingerless gloves, black boots, and wears a purple suit, lose fitting (kinda like the boys UA uniforms but purple.) She wears a domino mask, and has a grey belt that holds various objects that could be used for weapons when teleported (like smoke bombs and weights)
Allies?: Yume Bushida (twin brother)
Personality:
She's kinda cocky, but not too cocky. She is confident in her skills and get quirk, and desperately wants to become a hero. She agrees with Yume that heros shouldn't get away with crime, so she wants to become a hero to change that.

Characters Quirk: Randomness: upon activation, a totally random quirk is unleashed, which will vary in power, which may range from benefiting him, doing absolutely nothing, or at worst, killing him. The quirk he gets is completely random, although there are ways for him to increase the probability of getting a certain quirk, such as ingesting another person’s dna will increase his chances of getting their quirk. Rey will have no control over his quirk, just like how midoriya couldn’t control all for one.
Characters other abilities (not quirks):
Robot arm(to be added after a part of story): a modified robotic arm after he lost his left arm while being unable to control his power. His arm is upgradable, but only acts as a replacement arm for now.
Metal throwing cards: poker cards made of thin metal, used to be a hobby of his, he can throw them with high accuracy, with high power.
Absolutely no hand to hand combat power at all: he can’t fight with weapons well, relys on metal arm and cards to fight.
Evil half: as a result of his power, getting a villains quirk or overly powerful quirk may cause him to lose control to his other half. His other half is evil, and has the same skills as Rey, but is good at hand to hand combat, and can control his power better

Allies?: AI larviprop: a companion of Rey he made out of metal. It is able to give Rey advice, basically rey’s advisor and councilor, sort of a makeshift friend
Personality: good half: lacks morals when it comes to villains, but will do his best to save everyone else
Bad half: He’s not exactly evil, but has the same goal as rey, to find out the whereabouts of his father. He doesn’t care about what he has or anyone has to lose in order to achieve his goal, and thus is deemed as Evil. Both halfs can mix if both of them are able to cooperate towards one small goal, but for now, his good half dominates rey.
Background/Backstory (optional): Rey didn’t get his power naturally. His father worked for a organization, and used Rey as the final test subject for his final project, to create a permanent drug, that allows is user to use any power, with unlimited use. The idea was to create the Ultimate Hero. However, The drug didn’t work as planned. Instead of giving Rey the power to use any power for a unlimited time, it gave Rey access to random powers that he can’t choose. His father, seeing what he did, had a change of heart, after seeing what he did to his own son. He blew up the research facility as a bid to destroy the drug and prevent it’s use. He tried to escape, but the higher-ups caught him. Rey escaped, with a box of pills which grants him full power control, which was his father’s own power.
Anything else I should know?: Uh there’s one part in which rey joins the villan, so is there a chance in which during a early encounter with the villians, there’s a hint towards his father? Eg using special pills

She has this dark black mass that travels through her bones and with the bigger the sunlight the more power she has or if indoors can use the electrical power from there. Darlys weakness is being in the dark to long witch causes her to get tried and weak. The demon inside her is made from her negative thoughts witch can get really big at times. Draw back is she gets extremely bad sun burn if used to much she starts to get real burns from fire. Her quirk can not heal her bones if broken abs can’t travel through broken bones.
