She slowly wakes up sweating, pale, and nervous. The flower Eevee hugs Shade tightly and shivered, not wanting to let go of him. "Y-you won't leave me right? You'll stay by my side? You'll be ok right??"

Chloe snuggled closer to Shade and curled up in his floof, so close that she could feel his heartbeat. "To be honest, I don't mind the cold thaaat much...I'm shivering I think because I'm...I'm scared...of losing you..."

They stayed snuggled like that for a long while. Finally, Chloe slowly wakes up and blinks, realizing how close Shade was to her. She whispered softly to him, "Hey Shade...are you awake?..."

For a brief moment, Chloe thought to herself, "Is he flirting with me? Whatever...he probably doesn't know what he's doing if he hasn't grown up in a normal environment that isn't this really scary forest...he's nice enough I guess..." She closed her eyes and dreamed she was at home again and introduced her family and friends to Shade after escaping the forest.

Shade dreamt of transforming the tree house into a hotel for pokemon lost in the forest, He dreamt of farming with Chloe and just the thought of time with her made him all nervous, a feeling he couldn't explain. He holds her over friend status, and just wants to forever be by her side. He can't find the word for it...

Chloe started crying because she knew that this was all a dream because it couldn't be real. She would never have freedom ever again. She would never have her family and friends ever again. The forest scared her. All of it scared her. She squeaked quietly.

Shade snuggled closer in his sleep, they were the closest they can possibly be.

Timeskip to what would be norning in the dark abyss, Shade is still asleep, he had his tail fully around Chloe and snuggled.as close as he can be

Shade was still dreaming, he was with Chloe and two guests had a egg and became parents but the words made it seemed he was dreaming of him and Chloe being parents

Everything was dark, Shade was asleep so all the ring fur aren't active.
The howls from Chloe's first night returned only this time louder and more guttural, a pained scream echoes kver the forest
