So, I was hunting metapod and reached to chain 110 but after that, a wild ducklett appeared and my chain resets. [This is Kanto Radar].
I couldn't get the screenshot as I accidentally closed it.

Hope this is a bug as it cost me my chain :C.

I don't think it is. When the radar first came out, everyone was complaining about duckett breaking their chains. I'm afraid the Ducklett appearing was simply a troll feature Riako implemented

you continued the chain after reset. To avoid getting ducked, catch that shadow before reset
