I had over 1200 tickets in the lottery and I only got 31000 tokens.
Lottery is kinda busted.

Its based on luck, this isn´t really something that can be fixed; somedays you´ll get no vouchers out of 1000 tickets, other days you´ll get a Shiny Lugia Voucher out of the first free ticket. Its just RNG.
