Her fur stopped bristling, and the Shaymin turned around, vanishing from sight. It seemed the situation had been de-escalated. She stayed nearby, though, watching.

Reye's sigh could be faintly heard. She knew the Darkrai would only attack if his trainer ordered him too, battling wasn't necessarily his choice. None of the trainers would want to fight a dragon type either, due to their experience levels. She had no doubt the champion would crush him easily.

Jasmine walked over to Jesus, ignoring the Gible because she just got her starter and didn't have much experience with battling. "Hey, you're a new trainer too! I'm Jasmine! What's your name? And I see your brother's the champion?? That's cool!" Jasmine felt that her bag was oddly lighter and thought that was strange.

Melon was taking big bites of some cookies from Jasmine's bag while watching the Eevee and Gible. While there was chaos, she managed to steal and eat lots of the food from her bag.

Shady hopped out of the shadow. “I wanna battle!” He said to Jasmine. He took a step forward, and looked at the eevee-chikorita morph. “Is that your Pokemon?” He asked scoffing. “It looks like wouldn’t even fight!” He taunted.
