Avari plucked a single leaf off the plant, then crouched down on
the floor. "Gerrin, c'mere." She held out her empty hand, beckoning
for the fox. Trotting over, Gerrin tilted his head. Taking the leaf
and grinding it up between two fingers, Avari held it out for the
fox to smell. Willingly, he pushed his nose into it and took a few
sniffs of the suddenly fragrant plant leaf. Sitting down hard, the
fox looked as if he were about to sneeze. Then, he tried to stand,
only stumbling before sprawling his legs out for support.
