"I use liquified energy, and this device here, to allow Pokémon to easily learn so called 'illegal' moves. This here is a prototype, and my only clients are rich investors and such, but I'd say it's coming along well."

"I think your region may require some investigation. It my region it's simply impossible for a Pokémon to have the capability to learn something outside of their moveset. It makes no scientific sense." Summer stated in a rather matter-of-fact tone. "Whatever mutations you have in this region may just be...unnatural?" She shrugged.

You see this place use to have some chemical plants the biggest one was called Nobyl one day it blew it killing the original natives and mutated our legends.... thousands of years later new pokemon came by then all the pollution was gone,..."

"Even if these are supposedly different individuals, if these orbs are the equivalent, then there's a sort a spiritual connection there." The Vulpix shrugged
