There's only one profile, as both PalPad users go to the same userpage. They really are showing up twice in the PalPad-menu.

Capital letter don't matter. If you actually tested it out, you'd know that both names lead to the same account.

So yes, they're part of the bug.

They don't? Huh, I thought they did because if I set up a pt with a user and type a capital or lowercase letter when there isn't one in a username it says it contains a list of unknown usernames
