What does the Pokeradar do? Does it only save and make your progress visible or does it actually have an effect on the probability of getting better babies?

? i think it increase by 1% or 0.1% every 5 or 10 pokemon you hatch, it appleis for all pokemon

normally your ods for a shiny would be about 0.012207% chance

For Normal users (without Premium):
The chances of hatching a shiny before 40 eggs is < 0.1%
The chances of hatching a shiny afterwards max out at 1.25%. The chain will break after a shiny is hatched or a Pokemon species different to the one being chained is hatched (that counts towards your chain).

For Premium users:
Similar to Normal users, only after hatching 40 eggs, the chances of hatching a shiny is raised to 2.5%.
