While doing a Treasure Hunt, I randomly found a Hoopa.. it confused me because i know that I didn't finish the previous Hoopa Quest yet or I didn't retrieve its egg from the Lab after searching for its rings.

I know that I didn't hatch any Hoopa eggs recently.. 😓

To avoid restarting the Hoopa Quest, I avoided in getting the reward by filling up my Party :

But, that didn't happen.. so, I was wondering if this is some kind of glitch, or is there a limit of how long you can avoid NOT getting Hoopa's egg? 🤔

EDIT :

I tried not getting the 5th Hoopa ring. The quest still restarted after a while.. I didn't have an exact date since it's a very good amount of time. Maybe, about two years or so?

Just don't get the fifth ring?
As the text says, five rings means the Hoopa gets put back into the box, meaning you can find it from the box itself again. If you just don't click the rings [or at least not all five rings], the Hoopa won't be put back into the box and the quest won't be reset.

Ah. I see.. It's just weird that it did this thing now.

Since I've been doing the same trick of not getting the Hoopa egg on purpose.

I guess I'll try to not get the fifth ring, if it does this "weird" thing again.. 🤔

After a while of NOT getting the fifth Hoopa ring on purpose.. the quest still restarted itself.

Not sure if there's an amount of time it automatically resets the quest itself after it is "ignored" long enough.. but, this is getting kinda weird.

Since, I don't really want to find it through those Treasure Hunt boxes. 🙃

~~I'm going to try to ignore and not get any of those Hoopa rings.. I'll see how long this one will take before it suddenly restarts itself again.~~
