Emerald and Hiro quickly did the same...Emerald was doing his best to comfort Hiro as he did so...He wondered what the staff were going to do about that thing.

The commotion seemed to be settling down. The distant roars were getting weaker, gradually.

"I didn't know what I was getting myself into, quite honestly..." Winter murmured. "But...I guess this kind of thing isn't really much of a surprise."

Astral's face began to shift, however, rotten egg smell filled the room.

Astral transformed into the gorgeous creature. It roared at them, charging a beam of sorts.

"What the--?" He instinctively charged an ice beam. Why oh why hadn't they learnt anything useful yet?

Hiro tried using Confusion to trip the thing over. He knew he was not doing any heavy damage by himself

The creature raised a forearm to try and block the blow. He was sent toppling backwards, just in time for Winter's ice beam to hit him in the chest.

"Arceus, that thing smells awful!" Winter hissed under his breath, grinning at the perfect hit of his attack
